This is your energizing morning meditation.

Welcome beautiful soul to this guided meditation for positive energy and starting your day energized.

This meditation will refill your body with vibrant life force energy.

All it takes is a few minutes to re-energize and revitalize yourself.

Please find a comfortable position.

Either lying down as Savasana or seated on the floor or in a chair.

You can shut your eyes and start to bring your awareness back to your body.

Observe your breath.

Simply notice how you breath.

See in your mind's eyes your breath flowing in and flowing out of your body.

On your inhale,

Breathe deeply into your belly then up to your chest.

Bringing energy and vitality and life force into your body and onto the exhale first flatten your belly then your chest.

Feel as your body begins to release any stress,

Negativity or fatigue.

Allow it to drain out through your feet and let it go.

We will do three deep inhales and exhales now.

Please inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it.

And exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

One more deep inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it.

And exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

One last deep inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it.

And exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Stay with these deep inhales and exhales for another seven long breaths.

But please breathe in your own rhythm now.

With each inhale bringing more and more energy into your body and each exhale releasing all that is no longer serving you.

Feel the subtle vibration of energy running through your body from your feet to your head and from your head to your feet.

Becoming aware of the warmth and tingling of every cell in your body.

Now start to visualize all the positive energy you have accumulated in your body and visualize those energies shining as bright as the sun.

Bring the shining glow of energy to your crown center at the top of your head.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

From the top of your head feel as the warmth of the positive energy begins to radiate down to your face and neck.

Feel the lightness and peacefulness in your mind.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Feel the healing energy now moving over your neck and your shoulders.

Down to your arms.

Into your fingertips.

And over your heart center.

Feel the warmth and love within your heart.

Allow this healing positive energy to fill you with unconditional love.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Feel the healing energy move down your body into your hips,

Down your legs and all the way to your toes.

Feel as the healing positive energy grounds you to the earth.

Feel grounded,

Centered and supported by Mother Gaia.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Your whole body is now filled with positive healing energy.

Allow this positive energy to flow freely through your body.

With each breath feel this energy growing stronger and stronger.

Now simply focus your attention on your breath and feel the positive energy flowing freely.

Feel a clarity and alertness within your mind.

Energy and vitality within your body and positivity and peacefulness within your soul.

Allow this positive energy to truly awaken your soul.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Now stay with your breath and these wonderful feelings for a few more breaths on your own.

Now gently start to move your toes and feet again.

Stretch to your sides.

Yawn if you need to and when you're ready you can open your eyes.

This guided meditation for positive energy is now complete.
