Slow exhale through the mouth,

One more inhale,
Expand the abdomen,
Exhale the belly goes in.
Remember the breath always here to keep you grounded,
Keep you present.
One more inhale and exhale.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Allow the body to arrive where it already is.
Notice that right now nothing needs to be solved,
Nothing needs to be achieved,
You are simply here.
Another inhale to the nose,
Now exhale to the nose.
Bring your awareness to the breath,
Not changing it,
Just observing it.
As you inhale,
Feel the body expand,
Your belly expanding as well,
Like a balloon and exhale,
The balloon deflates,
Belly goes in.
Another inhale,
Body expands and exhale.
Feel yourself setting back into the present moment.
Now gently notice the mind.
Thoughts may be moving,
Planning,
Remembering,
Reacting,
Let them go.
Whatever just happened,
Let it all go.
See them not as problems but as passing clouds,
They do not matter anymore.
They come to our consciousness and they just go.
Every time a thought arises,
Let it go like passing clouds.
The ego speaks in urgency,
It tells stories about importance,
Fear,
Success,
Failure.
But in this moment,
Notice,
None of those stories are happening right now.
Right now,
There is only breathing,
Only awareness,
Only this experience.
Let every exhale dissolve what feels heavy,
Let expectation soften,
Let identity loosen.
You do not need to carry the past,
You do not need to control the future.
Return to the simple knowing,
I am here,
I am breathing,
I am aware,
I am now.
Feel the space behind your thoughts,
The quiet presence that has arrived and always been here.
Rest there for a moment.
Let go of everything,
