Fed up with your own mind and emotion,
Perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful,
Playful,
Thankful.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Taking a deep breath in,
Inhaling into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the mind.
In fact,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to roam and to think.
Going back into the body,
Having love for your body as you breathe in,
And exhale,
Relaxing,
Letting go.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Breathing into the heart,
And exhale,
Softening,
Opening,
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
The color for today is indigo,
The number.

We need endurance in this life.
It's not a sprint.
That's why life is not some short sprint.
It's long and short.

If we stay healthy,
If we live to a reasonable age,
There's a lot of experiences that we're gonna have.
There's a lot that we're gonna go through.
So it takes some level of endurance to not give up,
To not compromise on things that matter to you,
Things that you really value and cherish,
To not give up on those.
