In a nice seated position or you can lie down,

It's safe to close the eyes if you like,

Bringing more attention to your inner space,

Noticing how you feel in this moment,

What emotions are present,

How does the body feel,

How does the mind,

Thoughts,

Sensations,

Breathing in love for yourself,

Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes,

Breathing in slow and soft,

Letting go of anger as you breathe in compassion,

Holding the breath at the top,

Just be totally empty,

Exhaling all the leftover air in your lungs,

Holding the breath at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath,

And exhale,

Let go,

Looking inwards,

Witnessing and welcoming yourself,

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding the breath at the top,

And very slow,

Very soft,

Exhale,

Let go,

Letting go of thoughts,

Aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat,

Breathing in faith in yourself,

And exhale faith in others,

Breathing in with awareness,

And exhale with awareness,

Breathing in harmonious energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of the inner conflict,

Breathing in joyfulness,

And exhale,

Letting go of disappointment,

The color for today is silver,

The number is 70,

And the animal is a swordfish,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Wishing you an abundance of love for yourself,

For other people,

For life,

That to remember to love life as it is,

There's this saying that I like to remind myself that this world doesn't need changing,

Doesn't need saving,

But to be savored,

By loving this world more as it is,

But because we've been so critical,

Because we've been so negative,

We haven't even been able to see how beautiful the world is in so many ways,

This current stage,
