Welcome my friend,

I'm your host Mamoun,

Back with another music meditation just for you.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed with life,

Feeling stressed out,

Feeling anxious,

Worried,

Fearful,

Angry,

Tired,

Lonely,

Depressed,

Feeling self-hate,

Self-doubt,

Or perhaps even joyful,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sat,

Bringing awareness to your posture,

Noticing where in the body feels tense,

Close the eyes,

Looking inside,

Witnessing and welcoming the mind,

Inhaling new life,

New energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of old life,

Old energy,

Breathing in trust,

Feeling anxieties,

Leave the mind,

Leave the body,

As you breathe in faith in yourself,

And exhale faith in others.

Breathing in compassion,

And exhale letting go of disappointment,

Shame,

Guilt,

Anger,

As you breathe in love,

And exhale love for others,

Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes,

And exhale letting go of the past,

Coming back into this moment as you breathe in,

And exhale with awareness,

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale relaxing the belly,

Shhhh,

Dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands and feet,

As you take a deep breath in,

Holding that breath at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath,

And exhale let go,

Shhhh,

Taking a deep breath in,

And holding that breath at the top,

And exhale letting go,

And for a few moments bringing all the attention inwards,

Witnessing and welcoming yourself,

And taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

Breathing into the whole body,

And exhale relaxing the whole body,

Taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out,

Breathing into the nose,

And exhaling out the mouth,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

Shhhh,

I want you to stay with it my friend,

I'm happy that you would join me today,

Sending you encouragement on your path,

Keep going,

Stay strong,

Stay focused,

Stay thankful,

Stay trusting,

Coming back to trust,

Coming back to faith in the unfolding of life,

Trusting that everything is unfolding as it should for our greatest benefit,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

Becoming aware of your body,

Having love for the body,

All that it does,

Allowing the mind to unwind,

In fact allowing the mind to be totally free for just a few moments,

And coming back into this moment as you breathe in,

And breathe out,

And breathe it out,

The color for today is a rainbow of colors,

Every color that exists is the color for today,

The number is infinity,

And the animal,

Are you ready for it?

The animal for today is a snail.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of laughter,

Remember that laughter is the best medicine,

That there's something so healing about being able to laugh at yourself,

Or to laugh at life,

To laugh at the suffering,

It's a really an incredible gift to be able to laugh,

It's easy as well to laugh at other people,

That's something that should be considered,

That much harder to laugh at yourself,

But there's way more value in being able to laugh at yourself,

Not to humiliate yourself,

Or make fun of yourself,

It's not like that,

It's just being able to see the ridiculous,

How ridiculous life is,

And to laugh at it,

To laugh at the irony of things,

To laugh at things not going as expected,

What a gift that is,

To be able to laugh at that,

And with that,
