This Sleep Reset meditation uses visualization, gentle eye movements and ASMR sounds to help you reach deep relaxation. Use it to reset your mind into sleep or drift off into sleep after a long day. The gentle sounds easily invite your eyes to move releasing stress from your cranial nerves.

I invite you to take in a deep,

Slow breath as we enter this EMDR and ASMR deep hypnosis.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

We're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

Allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper into relaxation.

Allow the sounds and the sound of my voice to help you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Relieving stress and tension,

And helping your muscles become loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And all you need to do is focus on your breathing and notice how you can move your eyes from right to left,

And right to left,

As if a clock is ticking.

Right to left,

Right to left,

Right to left,

As if a clock is ticking.

And allowing your eyes to shift from right to left is calming your nervous system,

Releasing stress from your cranial nerves,

And helping you reprocess and release stress effortlessly.

So just allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper into relaxation as we count now from 22 to 1.

Your eyes will swish from right to left.

As I count down the even numbers,

Your eyes swish to the right.

And as I count the odd numbers,

Your eyes swish to the left.

And you can continue this simple eye movement as we enter this visualization to enter your happy place,

Your peaceful and calm reset zone.

And you can use this meditation anytime you want to drift into deep sleep and release any thoughts,

Negative emotions that are waking you from your sleep or causing you to have trouble drifting into sleep.

So just allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper into relaxation as you move your eyes to the right and left,
