This short meditation offers a gentle moment to arrive, settle, and reconnect with your breath in stillness. Supported by soft, calming music, you are invited to slow down, land, and create a small pause in your day. This practice is perfect when you want a simple reset, a grounding breath break, or a quiet moment just for yourself. Allow these few minutes to support a sense of ease and inner peace. See if you can take a moment for you,

Right now.

Placing your left hand on top of your heart,

Your right hand on top of your belly.

And let your belly relax into that hand.

Feeling the sitz bones against the earth and the length of your spine.

See if you can stack the ribcage on top of the pelvic bowl.

Maybe tuck the chin slightly.

And how does it feel to land here,

Right now,

In this space?

How does it feel to find a moment of stillness?

Taking an inhale in through your nose,

And sigh it out.

Take another inhale in through your nose,

Can you feel that inhale beneath your hands?

Fully let it go.

One more,

Invite the inhale all the way in,

And all the way up.

And let go.

How does it feel to land a bit deeper?

How does it feel to melt deeper into the space?

Melt deeper into your breath,

And into yourself.
