Life Force Energy Activation - Reiki Infused

Making sure you were in an environment where you can be fully relaxed and free from distractions.

Find a comfortable position lying on your back and ensuring that your spine is straight so that the energy can flow through with ease.

Settle into stillness in whichever way feels right for you,

Perhaps becoming aware of your body and the sensations within it.

You might like to take a few deep breaths or gently shake your arms and legs for a few seconds to release any old energy.

Now as you rest and feel deeply relaxed take a slow deep breath in.

We're directing this breath,

This life force into the root chakra at the base of the spine,

Allowing this grounded energy to enter as I begin to send Reiki your way.

Notice any shifts or sensations that arise.

The renewal of safety and security surrounding you and protecting you.

You may see this energy as a bright red color or simply just feel its presence within.

Once you sense the energy here I invite you to create a triangle shape with your hands,

Connecting your thumb and index fingers together.

With your palms facing down rest them over your sacral chakra between your hips or within the womb space.

Feel or imagine a warm orange energy in the center of this triangle you've created.

As you breathe in feel this energy rise,

Strengthening,

Connecting the two channels together.

When you feel ready take another deep slow breath,

Moving the energy upward and along the spine,

From the root chakra,

Through the sacral chakra and into the solar plexus located in the upper abdomen.

Here sense or see a bright yellow light illuminating from within.

As you tune in and feel its power,

I will begin the chakra.

A bright green energy center in the middle of your sacral chakra you've created,

Sending the energy up with your breath.

Feel the energy clearing this space.

Here we begin to clear the pathway to our higher you are one with this infinite source.

I invite you to take one last breath from bottom to top,

Feeling the wave of energy through your spine and through all your energy centers.

And as you reach the top,

Feeling this next level of consciousness,

Perhaps you'd like to sit in this stillness that you've created for a little while longer.

And as you begin to find your way back now to the present moment,

Begin by gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
