Hello and welcome to this guided heart coherent cleansing breath meditation.
This practice will bring you into a state of balance,
Aligning your heart and mind while gently clearing away anything that no longer serves you.
As we breathe,
We will cultivate a deep sense of self-love,
Honoring ourselves fully in this moment.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Allow your body to settle and take a deep breath in through the nose.
And slowly exhale.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
And this time we'll exhale with a sigh.
Letting go of any tension.
Letting go of any thoughts pulling you away from this moment.
There is nowhere to go and nowhere to be but right here.
Honor yourself and your space and let go with each exhale.
Now bring your awareness to your heart,
The space in the middle of your chest.
We will begin to breathe slow into this space.
Slow your breath,
Breathing in deeply through the nose for a count of 6.
And exhale slowly and softly for a count of 6.
Again,
Inhale,
Filling your lungs with air for 6.
And exhale,
Releasing any tightness or resistance.
As you continue this rhythmic breathing,
Imagine your breath moving directly in and out of your heart.
Continue to breathe for a count of 6.
With each inhale,
Your heart space expands.
And with each exhale,
A gentle cleansing energy flows through you,
Releasing doubt,
Judgment,
Or anything that dims your light.
Keep breathing in for 6.
And out for 6.
Allow the breath to fill every cell of your body,
Illuminating you from within.
Allow it to spread from your heart.
And on your next exhale,
I'd like you to imagine a dark cloud of smoke,
Gently cleansing any negative energy that flows through you,
Releasing doubt,
Releasing judgment.
Breathe in the light.
And exhale the dark cloud.
As we begin to visualize the golden light forming in our heart with each inhale,
Allow it to spread through the body.
And exhale that dark cloud of smoke.
Feel the release as you exhale.
We'll begin to move our attention to the top of our head.
I'd like you to visualize a radiant golden light at the top of your head,
Like a gentle sun shining just for you.
As you inhale,
This light flows down,
Entering through the crown of your head,
Traveling through your chest,
And illuminating every cell in your body.
Breathe in as the golden white light fills you.
And exhale the dark cloud of smoke.
Breathe in the white light,
Expanding it into your arms,
Your fingertips,
Down into your legs and your toes.
Feel this light nourishing you,
Reminding every part of you that you are loved and that you are whole.
Now as you exhale,
Imagine that dark cloud of smoke leaving your body.
This smoke carries away all self-doubt,
Fear,
And any lingering heaviness.
Breathe in.
And exhale,
Releasing the dark cloud,
And watching it dissolve into the air,
Disappearing completely.
Again,
Inhale golden light fills your being,
Restoring and rejuvenating every cell.
And exhale as the dark cloud flows out,
Carrying away all that no longer serves you.
With every breath,
This light grows stronger.
Every exhale clears more space for love,
For peace,
And deep acceptance.
Breathe in light.
Breathe out doubt.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in healing.
Breathe out anything that no longer belongs in your heart.
Breathe in and out.
Now as your body glows with this golden light,
Place your hand over your heart.
Just notice the sensation of your hands on your chest and feel that comfort.
Now silently or loud,
Repeat to yourself,
I am worthy of love.
I embrace myself fully.
I am enough exactly as I am.
Let these words settle into your being.
Feel them fill your heart with warmth.
I am enough exactly as I am.
If any resistance arises,
Any doubts or old stories,
Simply acknowledge them and as you exhale,
Watch them dissolve into the dark cloud of smoke.
Vanishing completely,
No longer welcome inside us.
This is your moment to fully embrace yourself.
For you are worthy of love.
Take a moment to simply rest in this space of self-love and coherence.
Feel the harmony between your heart and breath.
And with every inhale,
The golden light remains within you,
An eternal source of love and healing.
And with every exhale,
You are lighter,
More open,
More radiant,
And more free.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the body.
I invite you to deepen your breath,
A little faster,
A little stronger.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes as we come back into the body.
This feeling you have right now is available to you at any moment.
If you just remember your breath.
You have it with you at all times.
I'll take one final deep breath,
Nourishing the breath as we pull it in,
Filling yourself with that golden light.
Breathe in deep through the nose.
And slowly exhale.
As you open your eyes,
Carry this feeling of love with you.
Let it guide you,
Support you,
And remind you that you are enough,
Always.
