Finding a quiet space where you can lie down or sit up straight and fully relax,
Closing your eyes.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and releasing through the mouth,
Really allowing anything that's happened today,
This morning,
This afternoon,
This evening,
To really dissipate,
Allowing your mind to surrender to the breath in through the nose,
Holding deep breaths and releasing slowly,
Letting the day go,
Letting the week go,
Letting anything that you're holding onto just go.
And taking another deep,
Full breath into the belly,
Breathing deep and releasing through the mouth,
Really letting go on this out breath,
Elongating the out breath until you're fully,
Fully depleted.
And taking another deep breath in through the nose,
Deep into the belly,
Filling it up,
Holding.
And releasing,
Letting go.
Now I want you to imagine a beautiful,
Bright golden light coming down through your crown,
Through the top of your head,
Traveling all the way down your body,
Down to the tips of your toes.
And this beautiful bright light emanates from your toes back up into your crown chakra,
Traveling further down your body until it creates this beautiful field of energy,
This consistent field of motion coming down the top of your head,
Down the spine and through the tips of your toes and back up again through your crown.
Beautiful.
And as you feel it coming down your crown,
I want you to feel that as this beautiful white golden light touches your heart space,
It allows your heart space to fully relax.
You might want to roll your shoulders back,
Really focus on opening up this beautiful,
Tender space.
As this light comes down,
This space softens.
As you keep breathing,
This space softens.
And I want you to feel into this space now.
And if it's helpful,
Please place the palm of your hands on your heart.
Feeling into this heart space,
Feeling your heart beat as you breathe.
I want you to imagine that your heart space has a rosebud at its centre.
And with each breath you take,
Imagine this beautiful rosebud slowly unfurling,
Slowly blossoming petal by petal,
Connecting with your breath.
And as you breathe,
It slowly opens.
I want you to check in with your heart now,
Feeling into this space,
Allowing the space to soften with loving energy.
And as you feel into this space,
Just notice if you feel any tension,
Heaviness,
Stuck energy,
Any lingering questions,
Uncertainties.
Or if you're feeling pure love and affection and tenderness,
Check in and notice what your heart's telling you in this moment.
Being gentle as you connect,
Being soft as you connect.
Asking your heart,
What do you need to tell me right now?
What do you need more of right now?
What can I give you right now?
Keep breathing in through the nose,
Releasing through the mouth.
And as you breathe,
Notice how your heart is beating on its own.
Notice how your breath is moving on its own.
There's no need to instruct or think.
Coming back to your heart space now,
Listening for the answer,
Being gentle with the answer.
And allow your heart to speak to you in this moment with no instruction,
Just giving it a gentle space.
And now sending nothing but love,
Compassion and gratitude to your heart space.

Knowing that you are divinely protected,
