This is a quick, ten-minute, deep breathwork practise that will immediately de-stress and reset your nervous system. You will let go of not only stress held in the body, but all tension tap into what you're ready to let go of to move into a happier, more abundant life. Active breathwork is a continuous belly breath, heart breath, and exhale, all done through the mouth. For those that are new to active breathwork, you may experience some tingling, tetany in the hands and slight dizziness. Please always consult your medical professional if you are unsure if active breathwork is right for you.
