Welcome to Relationship Yoga's Energetic Breathwork for Healing.
In today's session,
We'll be doing Breath of Fire,
Somatic Breathing,
Shamanic Breathing,
And Tummo Breathing.
For this,
It's best to be either sitting upright or laying down flat on the floor.
Before breathing,
Today's optional mudra is the Shakti Mudra.
Which helps with restful deep sleep and in calming the nervous system.
It also has a soothing effect on the pelvic area as well,
Where we tend to hold our stress.
You can hold this mudra after we breathe whenever needed for added benefit.
We'll complete three total rounds.
After each round,
There'll be a breath retention,
A breath hold for one minute.
That's a breath hold with no air for 60 seconds.
So this is a little more of an intermediate breathwork practice.
So if you're a beginner,
Please go back to my other videos first.
But if you're more advanced and you'd like more time for your breath holds,
Then.
.
.
Simply pause the recording and take that extra time for yourself.
All right,
Let's begin.
Short,
Rapid exhales through the nose only breath of fire.
Double the speed.
At the speed.
Double speed.
Somatic breathing.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Bye.
Thank you.
Double speed.
Shamanic breathing.
Double inhale through the mouth.
One exhale from the mouth.
Tumor breathing.
In through the mouth,
Out through the mouth.
5 4 3 2 1 Take a full breath in And hold.
And a big exhale right into our long breath hold.
Holding for 60 seconds.
Holding our inner awareness in the center of our head.
Releasing all the tension in our body.
Now dropping it down into the heart.
Releasing all thoughts from our minds.
Now all the way down to the root,
Tip of the spine.
Surrendering any memories of who we think we are as we rest as just simple awareness.
In the only moment there ever is.
Three.

Recovery breath in.
And return to normal breathing.
Get ready for the next round.

Holding it there,
Letting all of your thoughts evaporate.
Now dropping it down into the heart.
Forgetting the future,
Forgetting the past,
Just being here.
Connecting deeply to this present moment.
Now all the way down to the root.
Holding our awareness there.
Engaging in the root lock.
Moolabanda,
If we wish.
By drawing in the muscles of the perineum.
Up and in three,

No thoughts in your mind.
Dropping it down to the heart.
Just sensations.
Allowing yourself to let go and entering into the unified field where you are one with everything.
Now lowering it to our root and engaging with the optional root lock mula bandha,
Drawing the muscles of the perineum area inward and upward.
Holding.
Where you can gather yourself back,
Feeling how good that feels to be here with yourself.
In this moment of self-care.

I want to take this opportunity once again to thank you so much for allowing me to guide you through this breathwork session.
You might feel completely energized,
Invigorated,

Ready to take on your day,
Or more emotionally stable.

With that being said,
Let's get on to today's quote from Paramahansa Yogananda.
Have only love in your heart for others.
The more you see the good in them,
The more you will establish the good in yourself.
