This intermediate to advanced session is focused on releasing bliss molecules (anandamide) and naturally occurring DMT in the brain. We'll be using three styles of breath with 60-second breath holds. This practice features: breath of fire, somatic breath, shamanic breathing, and tummo breathing, along with the Shakti Mudra, which helps establish restful sleep, calms the nervous system, and has a soothing effect on the pelvic area. If you feel light headed or uncomfortable, place your hands on the ground to support yourself and pause the practice. It’s best NOT to do this practice directly after eating due to the navel pumping. If this session makes you feel uncomfortable, discontinue the session. Honor yourself: do not push yourself past your intuitive boundaries.
