This is a guided meditation to realign your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra or anahata chakra in Sanskrit is located at the centre of your chest and is linked to your ability to give and receive love and to be at peace.

This chakra's element is air.

As you prepare for this meditation,

Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Bring your awareness to your heart chakra.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

And again inhale by nose and as you exhale by mouth,

Notice your sit bones sink into the earth.

Inhale by nose,

Exhale by mouth.

Soften your shoulders,

Jaw,

Belly and hips.

Visualise a white beam of light travel up your spine,

Illuminating your entire spine.

With every breath,

The light becomes brighter and brighter.

Maintain your awareness on your heart chakra and visualise the colour green with a pink centre.

Take a deep inhale and mentally state,

I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

Inhale I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

Inhale I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

With every exhale,

Notice your connection to the heart chakra and as you do,

Heighten your sense of self love.

You are loved.

You are at peace.

You are able to give and receive love.

When the heart chakra is off balance,

You may feel a lack of self love,

Fear of rejection and jealousy.

When it's in balance,

You may feel joy,

Gratitude and compassion.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Inhale I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

Inhale I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

Inhale I allow love.

Exhale to guide me in all my actions.

Slowly,

Slowly,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Slowly start to deepen your breath and whenever you are ready,

Gently blink your eyes open and bring yourself back.
