This is a guided meditation to realign your sacral chakra.

Your sacral chakra,

Or svaadhisthana chakra in Sanskrit,

Is located two inches below your navel and is linked to your emotionality,

Sexuality and creativity.

This chakra's element is water.

To prepare for this meditation,

Find a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes or lower your gaze,

And bring your awareness to your sacral chakra.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

And again inhale by nose and as you exhale by mouth,

Notice your sit bones sink into the earth.

Inhale by nose.

Exhale by mouth.

Soften your shoulders,

Jaw,

Belly and hips.

Visualise a white beam of light travel up your spine,

Illuminating your entire spine.

With every breath the light becomes brighter and brighter.

Maintain your awareness on your sacral chakra and visualise the colour orange.

Take a deep inhale and mentally state,

I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

Inhale I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

Inhale I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

With every exhale,

Notice your connection to the sacral chakra.

And as you do,

Heighten your sense of creativity.

You are graceful.

You are in harmony.

You are abundantly creative.

When the sacral chakra is off balance,

You may feel overly sensitive,

Experience feelings of guilt or possessiveness.

When it's in balance,

You may feel creative,

Graceful,

Harmonious and capable of having healthy relationships.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Inhale I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

Inhale I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

Inhale I allow.

Exhale my creativity to flow.

Slowly,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Slowly start to deepen your breath.

Whenever you are ready,

Gently blink your eyes open and bring yourself back.

Exhale your creativity to flow.

Exhale your creativity to flow.
