Good afternoon.

It's time for your midday reset,

Where you return to the body.

Wherever you are,

Pause.

If it feels supportive,

Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.

Take a slow breath in and a gentle breath out.

Notice what is present in your body.

Notice without fixing.

Notice without judging.

Just witnessing a sensation.

Let the breath soften and whispered inwardly,

I can return to myself at any moment.

Take one more slow breath and continue your day with presence.
