Welcome to this guided meditation designed to support you as you step into a new beginning.

Sit comfortably either on a chair or the floor with your spine straight.

Rest your hands gently on your lap.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Allow your body to relax into this moment.

Let yourself be fully here,

Fully present as you prepare to embark on a journey within.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing,

Letting each inhale and exhale guide you deeper into relaxation.

Visualize roots extending from the base of your spine or the soles of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth.

Imagine these roots grounding you,

Connecting you to a solid foundation of support.

Feel the earth's stability and strength beneath you,

Anchoring you in a place of safety and steadiness.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing at the beginning of your new journey,

Filled with a deep sense of confidence and purpose.

Picture yourself facing this path with strength,

Courage and excitement.

Visualize a radiant light within your heart,

Warm,

Bright and powerful.

See this light growing stronger with each breath,

Spreading throughout your body,

Filling each cell with confidence and self-belief.

Now,

Repeat to yourself silently,

I am ready for this journey.

I trust myself and my abilities.

I embrace new experiences with confidence.

Feel these affirmations resonate deeply within you,

As if each word strengthens your core.

Now,

Bring to mind a time when you felt truly confident and capable.

Remember the sensation in your body,

The mindset you had.

Allow this memory to fuel your current strength,

Bringing forth the same confidence and resilience.

Let yourself embody these feelings,

Allowing them to support you as you move forward on this new path.

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling your grounded connection to the earth and the radiance of confidence within you.

Gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.
