Day 4 of Beginner's Meditation.

Finding yourself your position of comfort and ease as you take a breath in and out.

In and out.

And once more in and out.

And allow your eyes to close down.

Bring the awareness to the face,

The neck,

The shoulders,

And the mind will wander off.

Bring the awareness back to my voice again as you notice your arms and your hands.

Awareness down the torso,

To the pelvis,

To the upper legs,

Knees,

Lower legs,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

This meditation is called a body scan meditation.

Take a breath in and out.

Bring a smile to your face,

Thanking yourself for taking part in this meditation today.

I'll see you tomorrow for Day 5.

This is Sandhya.

Have a great day.
