This gentle IFS-informed EMDR meditation is designed to support unblending from parts, reduce feelings of anxiety or emotional upset, and cultivate a greater sense of groundedness and calm. Through the Spiral Technique, you’ll be invited to notice and observe whatever you are experiencing with curiosity and compassion, allowing some space between your Self and the part that may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or distressed. The gentle spiral visualization, combined with soothing EMDR-inspired bilateral music, provides a rhythmic and calming experience that can support settling the nervous system and returning to a more grounded state. This meditation can be used whenever you’re experiencing anxiety, emotional upset, or feeling blended with a part. Headphones are recommended for the most immersive listening experience. The EMDR music continues for a few minutes after the meditation concludes. EMDR Music "On a Piano Cloud Nature Sounds" generously provided by Liborio Conti.
