Hello! This is Lashandria coming back at you. I hope that your day is good, That you are doing good. This track focuses on how important self-love is and I am honored to to be on this journey with all of you who are incorporating healing from trauma, Suffering, And pain, Karmic generational cycle breakers. I am inspired by you and I see you because I know how hard this journey can seem. But let me remind you how important self-love is. Self-love is the most important thing on this journey and speaking self-love into existence has been a great practice for me. I love you and I am listening is the key to self-happiness and bringing the heart back to wholeness. We often tell others how much we love them. Our children, Mothers, Fathers, Family members, Friends, Fur babies, Even strangers. I know I tell strangers I love them because guess what they're actually not a stranger and my love is deep. But can you remember the last time you said I love you to you? When was the last time you said I love you so much and I am listening to you? I hear you. Oh it is such a divine feeling to say those words aloud. I love you and I am listening. Oh it fills my soul. My heart expands. I would like for you to take a moment and pause after saying these words. I love you and I am listening. I love you and I am here. How did that feel? Amazing right? Nurturing self is a need for togetherness. Togetherness for yourself that you may be together for others. You see we're always giving to others yet deprive ourselves of this magical meaning of love that is embedded within our ever being. Let us make this a daily practice saying to self I love you and I'm listening. I love you and I am here. Say it as many times that you need throughout the day when you feel drained or bogged down. Stop and pause. Take a deep breath and say I love you and I am listening. This has been a proven fact to help heal hurt, Illusion, Trauma, Pain and self-separation. Self-separation makes us wonder outside of our bodies. We need to reconnect with our hearts. Feel our emptiness with our own divine love and then we are able to step into our whole selves giving freely the flowing frequency of love which is the infinite power. Today I want you to know that you are loved and I want you to give yourself that love. I love you my dears. Talk to you later. Good day. Good day my loves.
