Be still and breathe in and breathe out and feel your eyes smile and close them.

Make sure your back's nice and straight.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You feel warm in your toes and warm in your fingers.

And just for now,

Nothing matters.

Nothing's calling you.

Nothing is on your mind.

You're just being here now.

And breathe in and breathe out.

There's a scent in the air and as you breathe in,

One more time,

You smell it and you recognise it and it takes you back immediately to a time when you were six,

When you were running through a field and your hands catching the top of some plants or some bushes and you're just running without thinking about it and you're laughing without thinking about it and you're not thinking about anything else apart from what you're doing right there and maybe the smell is the smell of wheat fields or the smell of roses or maybe it's something else but you know it and you have this direct connection to yourself instantly of when you were six,

Happy,

Running,

Present,

Giggling and smiling and joyful with no future cares.

Maybe your hair is bobbing about as you run.

Maybe your clothes are flowing a little.

I want you to get a sense of it and if you don't have the memory of it,

You can still make the memory now.

Just remember back to a time when you didn't care,

When you were just there,

Just laughing,

Just enjoying and when you would go to bed at night,

Just full of the happiness of the day and not thinking about the future and not worrying about the past but just full of the love of the day and I want you to feel that love in your toes and I want you to feel it start to rise as you're watching yourself in your mind's eye running.

I want you to feel that sense of love start to rise from your toes to your ankles and to your calves and it might feel bubbly or fizzy or warm or fluffy,

You could feel anything nice,

Just feel it fill up your body to your knees and your thighs and to your bum and your belly and your chest,

Down your arms,

Back up your arms,

To your shoulders like someone is giving you a beautiful little back rub and to your neck and then the warmth comes into your face and your head and it's so warm,

It shoots out the top of your head,

This massive fountain of energy shoots up the top of your head,

Flows up and up and up and up and then it starts to fall down and as it falls down the energy is still rising from your body and shooting up at the top of your head and falling down and then what you notice is the energy that's falling down has created a bubble of happiness around you and it's flowing and it's flowing and it's flowing and it's not giving up,

There's no end to it and it's all coming from you,

It's all coming from your toes,

Up through your body and out through the top of your head and up and up and up and then down around you and now you see what colour it is,

Whatever colour it is,

It's perfect for where you are right now and for what you need the most maybe it's like gold and fizzy champagne or maybe it's like a silver mirror ball,

Maybe it's like a multi-coloured disco ball it can be whatever feels right for you and you'll already have had a thought or an image where you know what colour it is what shape it is and what texture it is and as you feel yourself inside it you feel so safe and so relaxed and so happy just like you did when you were six and you can open up your inner eyes and you look around your special safe ball and you can reach out with your imaginary arms and you can touch it and feel is it warm,

Is it smooth,

Is it icy cold,

Is it semi-transparent or is it completely opaque and you can't see out of it and just reach out as much as you can with your imaginary arms and just feel the size and the shape and the texture and the heat of your beautiful protective ball and know that this ball can be with you in just seconds,

Just like you've just done now,

Whenever you want it to be,

Whenever you want to feel protected,

Safe,

Present and happy just like when you were six and then you can let that ball go just by imagining that you're turning off this source of beautiful energy just for a while,

Keep it all in your body and turn that tap off at the top of your head and watch the ball just fall to the floor like a silky skirt and then when you see around the room that you're in using your inner eyes,

You'll see that you are here now,

You're in the present,

There's no past,

There's no future and you're full of all that joy and you can bring this joy with you for the rest of today,

Breathe in and breathe out and then when you're ready you can open up your real eyes and just sit in the beauty and the wonder of what you can create with your own imagination bless you
