Get comfortable, Get into a position that you're seated upright in a way that's both awake and relaxed. As we take a moment to start to churn or gaze in words for this first practice, This first opportunity to connect with our soul through the heart gateway, Through a felt sense and a heartful presencing and invoking of our soul, Higher self or super consciousness. Before we get there as always we take a moment to churn the gaze in words, Bring our hands to our heart and torso region and starting to breathe if we're not already through our nostrils. On the inhale filling the diaphragm, Expanding the belly outwards and on the inhale, Exhale, Excuse me, Contracting the belly towards the spine. As we take a moment to open, Center and arrive, Using our hands to anchor us to our body, To our torso, Using our breath through our nostrils, Using our diaphragm deeper into the belly with the inhale and exhale to deepen us. Every inhale and exhale opening, Centering and arriving to the here and now. As we start to get this first practice underway, Opportunity to connect to the higher self or the soul, This greater divine part of you, The divine blueprint through the heart gateway. Starting to notice whatever is present in your mind, Whatever is present in your mind. Maybe there's a lot from your day, Wherever you're at in the world, Maybe it's your evening or maybe it's your early morning or maybe it's your afternoon like me. Allow the mind with every inhale and exhale to drop into the body. We start to warm up on this opening stage of this first practice to connect with the soul. Breathe through the nostrils, Exhale through the nostrils using the diaphragm. See if there's any tension in your abdomen, Belly or diaphragm or lower back. On the next inhale and exhale, Release it. On the next inhale, Say out loud, I drop deeper into my body. And as you say those words, Actually be with those words and drop out of the head, Deeper into the body. With every inhale and exhale, My mind drops deeper into my body. I drop deeper into my body, Deeper into my awareness. Using your hands to anchor you and your breath to deepen you. No right or wrong. Continue to follow along and follow my instructions and do your best. Starting to tap into the subtle field of awareness, Starting to drop in to the subtle field of energy within you. On the next inhale, You take say out loud, I call all parts of me back to me here now. I have to understand what that means. Literally say it out loud. Let the words come out of your mouth and let those words operate on you. As in, Let it act as a command. I call all parts of me back to me here now. Allowing your subconscious and super consciousness to operate. Calling more and more of yourself from the past, The future, Maybe other dimensions, Other parts of time. More and more gathering yourself with every inhale and exhale. Inhale, Arriving more and more in the center of your being, Where your hands are. Calling all parts of you back to you here now. Whatever is present for you, Breathe and allow it. Breathing in through the diaphragm, Using the nostrils to fill the belly. Exhale. Contracting the diaphragm towards the spine, Letting the air out of the nostrils. Gathering more parts of ourselves, Dropping deeper into our inner awareness, Deeper into our torso, Deeper into the center of our being. See if you could really drop into the energetic field within you. If you can't, That's okay. Continue to allow yourself with the breath to drop deeper into the field of awareness to the extent that you're able to naturally go deeper and deeper with every breath within the center of your being. Feeling all of yourself present in the center of your being. Now saying, I become one with my higher self. I become one with my higher self. Say those words like a command and allow it to operate on you. I become one with my higher self, Continuing to bring deeper and deeper awareness to the center of your chest, Where your heart and heart center are. Allowing more and more with this declaration. I call in my higher self. I call in my higher self, My soul or super consciousness, Whatever words resonate for you. They're all the same. I mean the same thing. It's this divine absolute blueprint part of us. I become one with my higher self. I call my higher self forth through my heart. Inviting and calling in your soul. Feeling their presence in your heart. May start off as faint if you've never done this before or some of you if you've done this before and you have this proverbial muscle built. You may sense a lot of energy starting to really tune in to the center of our chest, Our heart, As we call forth our soul, Our higher self to be present with us through our heart. Come forth divine blueprint. Come forth divine self. Literally call it forth like you would a long-lost friend. Don't be shy. Invite and call in your soul in a very personable and friendly, Personal way. Breathing more and more, Calling in and allowing their presence within your heart and wrapping around you as if they're literally coming into your heart and then also wrapping themselves around you. Maybe like an embrace or a hug around your field, Emanating from the center of your being. Whatever is happening, Allow and breathe. Breathing through your nose into the diaphragm in and out. Feeling the presence, Allowing and invoking, Inviting it in more and more with every breath. See if you can connect to their presence in your heart and wrapped around you. I call forth my soul through my heart and into my field. There's no right or wrong, Nowhere to be, No magical formula. This is a divine right, Natural technology we all have access to. We're remembering as a society, As a collective. Feeling that greater part of you beaming into your heart, Wrapping into your field, Feeling the presence more and more of your higher self through your intention, Attention, And embodied focus. Breathing and feeling their presence. Ask and ye shall receive. Start to breathe and connect deeper with this greater part of you. Every inhale, Connecting to your heart more and more, Feeling the presence of your higher self or soul in your heart and wrapping around you more and more. Establishing a clear felt connection. When you feel more or less as best as you can, That your higher self is present in your heart and around your field like a hug or an embrace. With your heart, Ask for the energy, One word, Ask your higher self or your soul, One word, What energy or essence do I need right now? And when we say need, We don't mean we need, We have everything we need. We mean literally what would help us, What would serve us right now. So asking that part of you through your heart, It's present in your heart and wrapped around us. Asking this greater part of us, Our divine knowing, What is one energy or essence that I need right now? Give me the one word, Ask for only one word. Breathe and allow that word to naturally appear in your heart, In your field of consciousness. There's nothing wrong if it happens in your head. If it does, Maybe drop back down. See if you can have it come through your heart intelligence, Not through your intellect per se. Every inhale and exhale, Feeling the hands on your heart, Deepening into the heart chamber, To the heart center. What is the one energy or essence, One word, Soul, What do I need right now? What would serve and support me right now? Allow it to naturally emerge through your heart, Into your consciousness. Asking for that essence, Start to breathe it in, Asking your soul to bring it in more and more, Whatever that word was. So I sat and I eventually got the word trust and this feeling arose. So for each of you, It's going to be different. Breathe in that word and ask your soul, Your higher self, To bring that energy more into my field now. As I breathe it in, Bring it more into my field, As I breathe it in, Bring it more into my field. Ask that that essence be transmitted into your field by your soul. Breathing that essence, That vibe of that word, Into your body, Into your heart, Into every part of the cells of the biophysical, Into the nervous system, In the mindscape, Into the energy within and around you. More and more, Allowing like you're drinking it up through a straw, Allowing your soul or higher self through your heart and in your field. Bring this energy forward, Transmitting it into your field, Breathing whatever that word and essence is in. Breathing it in. There's no right or wrong. Breathe it into all four systems that make up you, Which is the mind, The heart, The body, And the energies. Breathing that essence, Infusing it with every breath into every part of you. Allowing that essence that your soul is transmitting into your field to be integrated and absorbed. Maybe there's a color or a tone to it. If not, That's okay. Do your best to continue to breathe that essence in. Literally let it marinate down to every quantum part of you, Every cell, Every carbon-based atom, Every part of the nervous system and the emotional landscape and the biochemistry that make up the emotions. Breathing that energy in, Thanking your soul, Your higher self for its presence in your heart and around you. Take another moment to breathe in and out. Breathe in and out. Absorb that energy. Literally drink it up your central column. If you don't know what that is, It starts at your root. It's like a straw. It goes all the way up the spine. And you literally can breathe from the bottom all the way up, Breathing from the root up to the sacral, Up to the abdomen, Up the spine and central column, Up to the heart, Up to the throat, Up to the third eye, All the way up to the top of the head. We're literally going to breathe this energy up the central column, Like a straw. Breathing whatever that word, That essence is, Breathe it up the root all the way up to the top of your head. And as you exhale, Allow that energy to come back all the way down. Literally inhale and fill yourself up with this essence, This energy all the way up through that central column, All the way up through the central spine column and exhale. Allow it to come down, Allowing another breathe in and out. Another few cycles. Inhale up the spine, Exhale down the spine, Feeling the energy of this essence, Breathing it into every part of you. Focusing now on the central column, Breathing up center, Like an elevator shaft all the way up and then exhale down, Really infusing it deeper and deeper. Thanking your soul, Gently drifting back to this reality, Maybe rubbing your chest, Wiggling your fingers and toes, Starting to engage your physical body a bit more to shift into this reality. And as you start to open your eyes, They with that word and that energy continued to breathe and infuse it even into this reality of the three D feeling the opportunity for transmission of a vital energy to every part of you. The answers you seek to the most pressing questions of what do I do now? Where do I go next? What are my next steps? You can seek them directly from your inner intelligence, Your divine source point, Different names for this one thing, The soul, The higher self, The super consciousness. And so why not? Why not do that right now? So get into a comfortable position, Sitting upright in a way where you're both erect and relaxed, Bringing our hands to our torso as we did with the first practice of connecting to the soul through the heart. Now we're going to drop in as we begin the second practice of going up to the soul through our crown and soul stream through the second pathway, Taking a moment with our hands to arrive to open center and arrive. Let out the exhale, Any nervousness, Any anxiety, Any hesitation, Any fear, Any doubt, Any monkey mind. Go back to nostrils for the inhale and exhale with your hands on your torso, Your hands anchoring you and your breath through the nostrils in and out using your diaphragm, Deepening you. Every inhale, Dropping deeper in with every breath, Allowing yourself to arrive more and more in the here and now, More and more in your torso, More and more in the center of your being. Breathing in and out as we start to go deeper within to prepare ourselves for the journey upwards to connect with our soul through the soul stream, Through the crown connection on this next inhale and exhale. I want you to drop your mind deeper into your body. I'm saying out loud. My mind drops down into my body, Feeling the energies dropping more and more into your torso with each breath to your torso, More and more arriving. Inhale through the nostrils, Exhale through the nostrils, Relaxing the diaphragm, Letting the pelvic floor, The lower diaphragmic container open up more and more. Don't have to understand what that means. They're lower parts of the breathing apparatus. Continue to follow along as we get deeper and deeper into our inner landscape. With every inhale and exhale, Dropping deeper and deeper, Allowing your mind to be open and receptive like an antenna saying out loud, I'm ready to connect with my soul. I am ready to connect with my soul and allowing your mind as you say those words to enter into an open and receptive state. When you say and declare, I am ready to connect with my soul. You're allowing yourself to suspend disbelief, Suspend doubt, Suspend any trepidation or hesitation, Anything that the mind or inner critic or egoic default network may interfere. We're allowing with every inhale and exhale that to relax and ease up every inhale and exhale more and more of an open and receptive mind like an antenna. I am ready to connect with my soul. Feeling your torso, Your abdomen, The center of your body, Feeling every inhale, Your torso rising, Every exhale, The abdomen contracting towards the spine, Deeper into an open and receptive state. And on the next exhale, I want you to drop all the way down, All the way down to the feet. And as you inhale, Slowly coming up the legs, Drawing your awareness slowly up from the feet up towards the root at the bottom of your spine, Right next to your butthole, Right at the bottom of your pelvic floor, Arriving here now at your root, Breathing in and out, Taking a moment to feel the bottom of your spine at this root center, Literally at the bottom underneath your anus, Where you're sitting, Breathing and allowing yourself to arrive here. I'm going to take our central column up like a ramp, Starting with this root. As you breathe in and out, As you breathe in and out, Feel this energy center in your root, Opening and glowing and growing. I open my root center, Every breath, Feeling your physical root area, Relaxing in the energy center, Opening with every inhale and exhale. And on the next inhale, Draw up from the root up one step to the next center of the spine. In your sacral region, By where your private parts would be or your pelvic pubic region would be arriving here at the sacral region. Breathing in and out, Feeling the sacral center, Breathing into it and opening it with every inhale, Relaxing the energy of the physical center and opening the energy of this energy center. With every inhale and exhale, I open my sacral, Both the energy center as well as I open and relax the physical region of my sacral. Feeling the root beneath you and now your awareness and intention and focus at the sacral. And on the next inhale, Going up one more time to the center of the abdomen, Right above the belly button, Sitting in the center of the solar plexus is the power center. Arriving here, Breathing in to the center of your abdomen. I have to understand anything about these centers. Simply follow along and continue to do your best as we journey upwards. Now in our abdomen at the solar plexus, Breathing in and out, Feeling our physical abdomen, Relaxing and opening and opening our power center, Solar plexus center. With every inhale, I open my power center with every inhale. Feeling more and more of an opening or more of an allowing opening. Feeling the root, The sacral, All pulsing, Now concentrating on the solar plexus, All pulsing in unison. Feeling the energy center of the solar plexus glowing and growing with every inhale and exhale. And on the next inhale, Go up one more time to where your hand is on your heart, Arriving and breathing into the heart center and connecting with the heart center. Every inhale and exhale, I open my heart center, Literally feeling the physical chest and torso and back of the chamber opening as much as the energy of the heart. Every inhale and exhale, Opening, Growing and glowing this energy center more and more. With every inhale and exhale, Breathing into the heart, Every inhale and exhale, Opening this center. On the next inhale, Traveling up this corridor one more time up to the throat, Right above the throat, Arriving at the throat center, Breathing into the physical throat and energy of the throat center. With every inhale and exhale, I relax my throat and open my throat center, Breathing and feeling the energy of this glow, Glowing orb, Glowing and growing more and more and feeling the physical center of the throat, Relaxing any constriction, Easing every inhale and exhale, Opening the throat, Feeling the heart, The solar plexus, The sacral and the root pulsing beneath it, Focusing on the throat now, Opening it, Relaxing it. On the next inhale and exhale, Go up one more time, Stopping at the center of the head, Stopping at the center of the head, Breathing into the third eye center, The mind gate, Literally feeling the center of your brows, The cranial muscles and bones, Relaxing every inhale and exhale. I open my mind center, Feeling this gate opening, Glowing and growing, Feeling the energies and the physical region opening and relaxing, Breathing into the mind center and opening it with every inhale and exhale. And one more inhale and exhale going up one more time now to the top of the head, To the top of the head, Taking a moment as you pause at the top of your head, Breathing in and out, Focusing your awareness and intention at the top of your head as if the breath is going in and out the top of your head at the crown. Feel all of the lower six centers in this column beneath it, Pulsing in unison, Focusing at the crown, Breathing in and out and feeling as you breathe in and out, All of the six lower centers, The center of the head, The throat, The heart, The solar plexus, The sacral and the root, All beaming up in unison, All pulsing in unison with every breath you take in and out, Churning your awareness above your head, Right above your crown is a slight gateway. What we're going to do is we're going to breathe from our crown up a few inches. And if you can't see it or sense it, It's okay. Do your best. If you're new to this, Continue to follow along. We start the journey upwards. As we start to breathe, Inhale from the crown, Up a few inches to what's known as the soul star. It's literally the start of this gate that streams all the way up. And as we inhale, We go up a few inches. And as we exhale, We pulse back down to our crown. That's all we're doing is we're activating this gate. We're going to inhale, Feel our crown pulsing up to the soul star a few inches above our head, And then exhale and feel that energy beaming back to the crown, Really formally connecting and activating this connection between the crown and the soul stream. Literally like we're opening the pipe as you inhale up from the crown up to the bottom of the pipe known as the soul star, Bottom of the soul stream or the golden thread, And then exhale back down. Do that another couple times. Inhale up, Exhale back to the crown. You might feel a lot of energetic pulsation as you do this. That's all normal. Don't worry if you're not. And then on the next inhale, Go into that pipe as if you're shrinking down on the inhale, Going up. Allow yourself to drift up through the soul star up through the soul stream. Allow your consciousness to naturally take you upwards through this portal, Through this gateway as you inhale, Allowing yourself to drift higher and higher into the divine realms, Higher and higher in vibration, Lighter and lighter with every inhale as you start to go up through the crown up into the soul stream and traveling up this corridor up this gateway. It's literally pulling you up. There's not much you have to do as you inhale. Feel yourself ascending higher and higher. Every inhale and exhale. Naturally arriving at the top like you're getting off of an escalator or an elevator. Feel yourself and sense and intend for yourself to walk off of this portal out into this higher realm. Take a moment to breathe and assimilate and arrive here at this higher dimension. Breathing and arriving and allowing yourself as you look around in your inner landscape. What does it feel like? Sense like take a moment to assimilate as you breathe and allow yourself to arrive in these higher dimensional states. And now it's an allowing yourself to arrive in this higher dimension. Taking a moment to gather yourself, Feeling and sensing yourself both in your body and both in this higher dimension. Saying out loud, I'm both in my body and here now. You can be in two places, Two dimensions at once. Most of us are doing that regularly without realizing it. Only now we're doing it intentionally. We're in the soul plane. We're in the dimension of the divine celestial realms. Taking a moment now as you assimilate to say and call forth your higher self. Saying out loud, I call forth my soul. I ask it to appear before me now in this higher plane. I call forth my soul. I ask you to appear now before me. Take shape. Breathing and willing it. So with every breath you take, Allowing yourself to naturally connect with naturally invoke, Naturally call forth your higher self, Your soul to take shape, Take form before me saying it's safe. I'm ready. I'm ready to connect with this part of my divine nature more willfully, More fully. More viscerally, More deeply, Whatever resonates. Will it declare it? State it. Maybe even state your intention that you've set for this retreat for this opportunity to connect with your soul. Allowing whatever is happening. If it's not taking shape, Say it's safe. I'm ready. I ask and will for you to take shape. Some of you may see it as a human form. Maybe it's an angelic form. It'll show up as different things for each of you in this experience. There's no right or wrong. Generally, It'll take some shape, Maybe a ball of energy. If you're new to it, It starts off fuzzy. And as you connect more and more with this greater part of you, It becomes clearer and clearer. So taking a moment, Whatever is arriving in front of you, However, It's taking shape in front of you, Your higher self, Taking a moment to bow and greet it, Taking a moment to literally greet it and say, Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for answering my call. Feeling your heart opening as you say that, Seeing their heart opening, Starting to connect your heart and their heart, Feeling a beam of light between your heart and their heart as you breathe, Inhale, Feel your energy beaming from your heart center to their heart center. And as you exhale, Feel them pulsing back to you with every breath connecting and bonding deeper with your higher self, Feeling your chest and whatever area would be its chest, Connecting more and more, Strengthening this conscious connection more and more. And this connection with this higher self define absolute part of you, Strengthening the bond with your breath, Breathing into it, Intending for your connection to get stronger, Willing it to get stronger. And when you feel you have a connection, Begin the communication with it, Ask it the questions you have, Ask it for the answers you are seeking, The guidance you are pursuing. Oh, Beloved divine part of me, I've been seeking for so long from well to well remaining thirsty. Let me quench my thirst. Let me quench my spiritual seeking, Provide the interconnection, The inner insight, The inner clarity that I'm seeking now. Breathe and allow starting to ask it to give you the words, The essences, The images, Or the energies that you need to answer your question, Asking it out loud, The questions that you seek, Letting the words come out of your mouth. What do you seek from this greater part of you? Stay immersed, Breathe and connect with it. Give me the words, The essences, The energies, Images, Or sensations to answer my ask. Breathe. You got this. Breathe in and allow the transmission to unfold. Whatever is happening, Say it's okay. I'm ready. Tell me clearer. Ask and ye shall receive. Allow the subtle attunement and sense of the inbound energies of your higher self or soul giving you what you're asking for. Breathing in and allowing deeper. You got this. Your soul's got you and God's got all of you. Breathe in and allow deeper, Letting your soul naturally to share and transmit with you. You're doing great. Stay with it. Breathing and allowing and continuing the communication. Feeling your breath connecting with it. It's pulsing back to you. The answers arriving more and more as you breathe them in and breathe the energies in as a transmission. If you have any follow-up questions, Ask it. Don't be shy. Maybe from the first practice, You want to expound or elaborate on that word or is there more to that word? Ask and ye shall receive. Allowing, Breathing, Whatever is naturally arising, Being with it. I'm breathing and allowing and feeling the energies and the answers coming into your field, Into your mind, Into your heart, Into your cells, To your body, To the energy pathways and centers. Feel the inner connection, The inner sight, The inner clarity. More and more, Allow and receive. It is safe. I am worthy. What do I need to see, Feel, Sense, Or hear to act upon right now? Show me more clearly. Breathing it in and allowing whatever questions, Next steps, Maybe it's what you're meant to birth through. Show me, Tell me, Transmit to me. Breathing and allowing, Breathing and allowing. I'm saying to it now, I give you permission. I give you permission to continue this transmission. I give you permission to continue this transmission and get my intention and into the future. I give you permission to continue this transmission and get my attention and focus moving into the future. I allow you to continue to guide me even after today. Say those words to it if it resonates. Breathe and allow that command to take effect, Really allowing you to continue this work, Continue this connection, Continue this inner pathway even after today. Asking your higher self now, Please support me in deepening my integration and implementation into reality. Please support me in deepening my integration and implementation into this reality. What do I need to do to really ground what I'm seeing and what you're telling me now? Ask it that. Come into this home stretch. Ask it, What do I need to do to really bring what you're sharing with me, The answers and clarity, What do I need to bring it into my life more, To implement it, To take the practical steps? Show me now so that this work can take hold even more deeply into my life. Breathing and allowing the receipt of whatever it's giving you, Whatever sensations, Energies, Images, Or words. Breathing into your mind, Feeling yourself, Seeing yourself, Intending for yourself, Standing there in the divine realms, Breathing into your mind, Your brain, Your neurons, All the way down your spine into the nervous system and the vagus nerve into the entirety of the mind and nervous system and the mental system. Feeling into the thought scape, All of these parts of the mind system, Breathing and absorbing the energies of this transmission of these downloads. Breathe and absorb that into the energies and physical landscape of your mind. Now breathing and integrating it into your heart, Physical heart, Emotional heart, Biophysical and biochemical landscape of the emotions, The torso, The lungs, The entirety of the emotional system, Breathing and integrating what you're receiving into your heart system. Now breathing it into your body and biological system, All the way down into the DNA. Drink all of these energies up into every part of your physical hardware, All the way down to the DNA, To every cell, All the way down into the DNA. And into the energy systems of the inner pathways and your biofield around you, Really taking a moment to integrate and absorb this higher self, This soul transmission, And this higher plane. Maybe you want to give your higher self a hug, This divine part of you that's never left you, It's never abandoned you, Even if you felt like it did. It's been waiting for this moment, Waiting for you to reignite it, Reconnect with it through your free will, Through your invocation and intention. Maybe invite it into an embrace, Hug, Wrap it in your arms, Feeling this greater part of you in this divine embrace. And as you do start to breathe it into your body as if you're molding and melding into one another, As if you're breathing and absorbing your higher self into you, Into your mind, Into your heart, Into your body and into your energy body. And as you do that, Slowly feel yourself descending back down. You didn't even know you got back down into that corridor, Back down into that portal, That soul stream that we took up. Now slowly breathing with every breath, Descending back down, Carrying the spark of your higher self and these answers and interconnection back down with you. With every inhale, Descending back down deeper and deeper into this reality, Deeper and deeper into the crown, Back into the body, Back into the body, All the way down into the feet. As you breathe, Feel the fullness of your body, Feeling yourself carrying the fullness of your higher self here now. As you gently ground in the here and now say out loud, I integrate all these energies with ease. I integrate all these energies with ease. Gently opening your eyes, Saying out loud, I ground and integrate these energies with ease. Coming back to the room, Coming back to this reality, Coming back to the here and now, Taking a moment to gently ground yourself, Start churning towards reflection, Maybe journaling, Taking a few moments, A couple minutes as we wind down the formal practice to give yourself time to unpack, Process, And translate the codex that came through the energies, Transmissions, And answers. Putting on paper the elements you experience and what came through for you will help in unpacking by putting down all the various elements, Was it images, Sensations, Words, Details, Taking that time now to gently ground, Come back to the here and now, Unpack and process what it is your soul has given you.
