Let's take a moment to settle in.
Find a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes and begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your hands,
Unclench your jaw,
Let the muscles in your face melt.
Now inhale a little more slowly,
Exhale a little more completely.
Now bring your attention inward.
Imagine yourself standing in a wide open field,
The sun peeking just over the horizon.
The air is cool,
The light is soft,
The earth beneath you is steady and quiet.
You feel the spaciousness around you and within you.
You feel this beautiful space holding you.
Now as you stand here,
Imagine the gentle rhythm of your breath stirring something beneath the surface.
A knowing,
A pattern,
A loop that's been repeating in your life.
Maybe it's a situation that keeps resurfacing,
A role you keep stepping into,
A response that feels automatic but no longer aligned.
Let it rise gently into your awareness,
A knowing,
A pattern,

Now ask yourself,
What is this here to teach me?
What truth has been trying to reach me through this pattern?
Trust whatever comes,
It doesn't have to make sense right now,
Just let it arrive.

Now take a look around this open field.
Just ahead of you,
There's a path.
To one side is the old way,
Familiar,
Worn and easy to follow.
But you know where it leads,
You've walked it before.
To the other side,
A new way.
It's not mapped out,
But something in you knows it's time.
The air is clearer there.
You feel your breath deepen.
There's a quiet yes in your body.
Take a full breath in and out.
Say to yourself,
Quietly or out loud,
I am ready for change.
I am ready to grow.
I am ready to choose differently.
Now visualize yourself stepping forward onto this new path.
Feel the strength in your body.
The clarity in your mind.
The courage in your heart.
You may not know exactly how,
But you trust life to meet you on the road,
One inspired step at a time.
Keep walking the path.
Take a few more deep breaths into this feeling.
And begin to make your way back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
