A belief that I am not worthy is one of those universal self-limiting beliefs that is actually the foundation which many other self-limiting beliefs rest upon.
When we address our worthiness,
Our feelings of self-worth or lack thereof,
We build our confidence,
Freeing our voices and overall empower ourselves more and more as we strip away the layers of shame,
Guilt and everything else that separates us from knowing our true value.
Let's move in.
Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
Exhale letting go of tension in your jaw.
Inhale again,
This time carrying the breath all the way down to your tailbone.
Exhale,
Feel your shoulders melt down your back.
Imagine yourself standing at an inviting body of water,
One where you feel safe and tranquil.
It could be a serene lake,
A refreshing ocean,
Maybe a luxurious warm bath.
Water is the very essence of life and renewal,
Cleansing,
Nourishing and sustaining every living thing.
Begin to move into the water.
Feel its perfect temperature on your skin.
This healing water is here to cleanse and wash away any low vibrational energy.
Energy that's associated with shame,
Guilt,
Feelings of less than,
Of not being enough.
As you bask in the water,
Imagine all these energies that are stuck and blocked,
Dissolving into the water where they're transformed to light,
Vibrant energy.
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
Brighter,
More vibrant as you continue to bask in this space.
Begin to make your way out of the water.
And as you do,
Give thanks to these cleansing,
Transformative waters for helping to free you to be more of you.
Begin to make your way back to the present moment,
Once again bringing your awareness to your breath.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and move into your day with vibrancy and confidence knowing you are amazing.
