We are going to go ahead and get started with our healing.
I think today we're going to go ahead and do a little bit of drumming to begin with to help us kind of get into the zone and then we're going to move on to our Reiki infused tea.
I'm just going to ask you to close your eyes and take three nice deep breaths along with me.
We're going to take a deep breath in and release,

And last one breathe in and release.

So just keep your eyes closed and I'm going to go ahead and drum for a minute or two and I'm going to be using a mantra of Sat Nam so you can chant with me or you can just allow the energy to flow through your body.

Whether it's on a beach,
In the forest,
In a field of flowers,
Or just in your bed.
You're going to want to imagine that you are completely relaxed,
That you are calm,
Happy,
Peaceful.
Allow your mind to empty,
Your body to sink deeper.
We're going to begin the Reiki.
Just allow yourself to receive this Reiki energy.
Allow it to go where it needs to,
To heal you on the deepest levels possible.
Allow it to flow through your body like a current of energy.
In your mind,
Just think of any places on your body that you would like to be healed,
And allow this to travel to that area.
As the Reiki energy travels through your body,
Allow it to find any areas that need healed for you as well.
Just allow this energy to flow through you.

Now,
In order to end our meditation,
We're going to take three deep breaths in and out,
And on the third breath,
You can come back to center and open your eyes.
