This gentle sleep meditation is an invitation to soften your nervous system and release the weight of the day. Through slow, grounding guidance, you are supported to let go of worry, mental overstimulation, and the subtle tensions you may be carrying in your body. As your breath deepens and your awareness settles, you are guided into a state of surrender that allows rest to arise naturally. Allow yourself to be held in this spacious calm as you drift into deep, restorative sleep.

Beloved,

Come home to this moment.

Let the day loosen its grip.

Allow the body to sink,

Sinking into the arms of the night.

Even the moon lays its weight on the dark.

Even the stars rest in wide silence.

You now,

The bed,

The floor,

The deep patience of the earth.

Breathe and feel yourself being breathed,

Like tied to shore.

Let the shoulders melt as the jaw softens.

Tonight,

You place your worries at the door of sleep.

They will wait for you there.

Come,

Set down the day,

Emerge into the now.

Be now in the place that sees the breath.

Be here now in this place that hears the silence.

This place that remains,

Rest as that.

Like a candle in still air,

Your presence shines now,

Without effort.

And yes,

Thoughts may pass,

Allow them to pass on like clouds in the sky,

A sky that remains wide.

Feel that rhythm beneath your life.

Even the river trusts its turning,

Even the seed trusts the dark.

You may lean into this river now,

Its current of presence will carry you by the universal mind.

In this quiet,

Nothing is missing.

In this stillness now,

You are held.

The edges of your body,

Heavy.

Feel the space around you,

The elements around you.

Feel the peace in and around you,

The magnificent light within,

For the limitless potential of your mind,

To this breath entering your being now,

As you exhale,

Your life is working out exactly,

Have designed it,

Is taken care of now,

For in this moment,

You are aware of the perfection.

If wakefulness remains,

Let it be gentle,

Rest is here,

And if these words fade,

Feelings of peace that you observe.

From this moment forward,

Let us move at the pace of peace,

We will conclude this meditation by chanting the seed sound of the universe,

OM.
