This is a short reset and something you can do whenever you find that you have lost perspective or are caught in some kind of brain or emotional spinning or turbulence or just under pressure and not in clarity and at home inside.
Right now you can follow me but this is of course something you can do anytime.
What I suggest you to do is to sit or lie in a way that allows your body to relax and then make a conscious choice that for the next 5-10 minutes you will listen and follow something else than your mind,
Body,
Thoughts,
Emotions and I suggest that you imagine that you are right now choosing to leave it all outside the door and when I say leave it all I mean everything.
Leave your whole life,
Your roles and functions,
Identities,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
Leave it all outside the door for the next 5-10 minutes while you listen to something else.
Just for these minutes and when I say 5-10 minutes it's so that the part of you that might worry about things getting lost or not attended to can relax and know that you can pick it all up again later but right now and for the next 5-10 minutes this is all about you.
So take a deep breath in and as you breathe out allow yourself to drop into this more quiet space with everything else outside the door just for these minutes and you can even make a little sound inside or a loud like a mmm sound.
It's like this is a recognition of the permission in this moment to just be without anything.
To simply and freely just be you for some minutes and then if you like you can become more aware of your heart.
You can start sensing into the heart area and allow there to be a softening happening there like a quiet gentle softening in the out breath.
Making you aware and bringing you back to that no matter what is going on in your life However important or urgent something seems you are first ok.
You are first ok and you are able to deal with whatever you need to find your way with but it will come and move very differently when you are connected to a deeper sense of you,
To a deeper sense of heart,
Of opening and softening So breathe gently in and out with awareness in your heart,
Opening and softening,
Being gentled,
Being quieted and listen to the frequencies of these words.
Open,
Soft,
Gentle,
Available Let the vibration of these words vibrate within you and listen and follow what they are pointing to in you What they are pointing to is the goodness,
The goodness in you,
The deep goodness in everything when it relaxes In relaxation it's all good.
