Welcome to Seed&Sage.
My name is Tamron Jewell,
And I'm so glad you're here today.
Right now.
In this moment.
You are allowed to stop.
Begin by letting your shoulders drop.
If even just a fraction.
And know,
There is nothing to fix here,
And nothing you need to change.
Let's start.
By taking one deep,
Soft breath together.
Begin by inhaling through your nose.
And exhaling.
Through your mouth.
And if it feels comforting to you,
You can let your eyes gently close.
If not,
Simply soften your gaze.
Slightly wiggle your body just a little bit more.
And find a posture that honors both your strength and your need for rest.
Life can be so beautifully messy,
Can't it?
We carry so much.
The details of the day.
The care of those we love.
And the endless doing.
Right now,
Let's choose to step out of the doing and simply melt into the being.
Allow yourself to breathe in a sense of soft,
Luminous light.
And as you exhale,
Let go of the pressure to have it all figured out.
Whatever is present in your heart right now Exhaustion,
Frustration.
Grief.
Or even a quiet joy.
Whatever it is.
Let it be.
Give it permission to exist.
But you don't have to fight reality to find peace.
Gently bring your awareness to the soft rhythm of your chest.
As it rises and falls.
Like the waves of the ocean.
Your breath is always here,
Anchoring you to the present moment.
And let yourself imagine that with every inhale you are breathing in grace.
For those mistakes,
The unanswered questions.
The unpaved path you are walking.
And with every exhale,
Release the tension.
Release the need for certainty.
Let it dissipate.
Let's gently sit together in the spacious stillness.
For a few quiet moments.
During the stillness,
If the mind wanders to the past,
Or the future.
With tenderness.
Guide it back to the warmth of your breath.
Bring yourself back home to this very moment.
Your breath is the key.
Mind will wander.
Our thoughts of the future.
And of the past.
We'll come again into our mind,
Into our thoughts.
But just let it pass and know that that is just part of what we do in the stillness.
We acknowledge it.
We let it pass.
And we remind ourselves of the breath.
And this is how we bring ourselves back home.
In this very moment.
As we begin to bring our meditation to a close.
Bring a soft hand to rest over your heart center.
Feel the physical warmth of your hand against your chest.
So welcoming and so reassuring.
You are doing beautifully.
Even in the messy middle of life.
There is a wholeness within you.
There is that truth,
That stillness.
Remember this wholeness.
Carry this wholeness with you as you step back into your day.
And when you do,
May you look for the beauty in the chaos.
And may you treat yourself with extraordinary gentleness.
Thank you for sharing your heart with me today.
When you're ready.
Slowly,
Gently open your eyes.
And know.
That I am extremely grateful.
For you sharing your time with me today.
Thank you.
