What is it that we all need to know today,

For the week ahead.
And I like to shuffle the deck.
Until either a card pings out if it does it.

And take the middle pile cards off at the top there So for the remaining cards,
I'm going to do exactly that.

Off of there i'm going to work with six cards today let's just move that back a little bit so we've got a bit more room for you to see so these were the first ones that flew out Because I'm not 100% sure what order they flew out,

Through art therapy.
But then spirit.
Encouraged me to share.
So how I'm going to read these today.
Is I'm going to read these as past,
Present and future.
And I'm going to read them as.
Like these two together.
These two together,
These two.
I like to read as a little story.
So I'm going to start with the past here.
And bearing in mind,
I've asked for a reading for the week ahead.
But obviously that's leading us to today.
So what is it that we're bringing in from the past?
Into today.
Let me have a bit more of my drink.
So this is very interesting because this card.

As you can see,
Is actually the back of the deck.
And this is called sacred space.
I'm not going to mention the names of each of the cards and I'll tell you why.
It's an intuitive deck.
And although each card does have a name and a meaning,
Which is given with the deck.
There's a digital booklet that goes with the deck.
I don't want to give you all of the words.
Because I want this to remain intuitive as well for you,
An intuitive experience for you and for me.
But this particular card,
The reason I've shared this is because it's very.

Prominent in the deck because it's the back of the deck as well.

So have a little look as well.
Just intuitively.
Do you see it?
What is it you see?
You may see nothing,
Which is okay.
So they can go any way round as well.
What i see here really actually Very clearly I just see there.
So I see different things in these cards all the time.
That's why it's really good to work with an intuitive deck because it allows you to tune in to your own inner wisdom.
But what I'm seeing very clearly here is the mind,
The brain.
I'm being reminded here by Spirit as well that.

When we work with a sacred space,
Whether that be.
.
.
Okay,
Got lots coming through here.
Okay so i'm going to slow this down a little bit What is a sacred space?
A sacred space can be many things.
It can be a space like I've set up here to work in.
With the quantum fields with energy with your cards with crystals with healing massage whatever you do but a sacred space is also your home.
It could be your car.
It could be that you live in a shared house and actually the only sacred space you have is your room.
It could be you live in a very busy family household and the only sacred space you have is a shelf or a corner.
It may be,
For some of you,
That this is something that you want to create.
You feel that you need more of a sacred space.
And when I say sacred,
It's a space where you can connect to the divine,
The divinity that you are,
Your soul.
And also where you can feel that your energy is yours.
It's uninterrupted.
It's not.
Because the thing is,
We don't just invite anybody into our sacred space.
And that can also be our body as well,
Allowing people.

.
On our bodies,
In our bodies,
In our minds,
Because I'm seeing very much here our mind.
So keeping our mind sacred as well because our thoughts become our reality.
They really do.
And I know some of us.
.
.
Or some of you,
At times we can have intrusive thoughts,
We all get that.
But it's knowing that those are not necessarily your own thoughts.
You could have picked those up.
From the collective consciousness because we also have the collective mind.
As well as our own mind.
But our mind as well,
We need to keep it as clear as possible.
To be able to keep it sacred.
Because when it's full of negativity so say for instance you get up in the morning and you read the news you read the newspaper you're going straight into other people's ideas,
Other people's dramas.
You're bringing your vibration down,
You're cluttering your mind before the day's even begun.
So maybe for some of you,
Because this is sacred space and I'm being shown very much the mind.
This is something you've been working on,
Is clearing up your mind,
Clearing up what your mind focuses on,
What you allow your mind to take in.
Maybe as well you're doing lots more meditation to settle your mind and calm your mind.
Because we need our mind as well.
It's our tool to operate in this 3D realm.
And with that as well,
There's balance.
There's balance and So for some of you,
Because this is past,
For some of you,
You're feeling unbalanced.
You're feeling that you need to bring that balance into your life,
Create a sacred space,
Create a more sacred environment for you.
Maybe work's become toxic.
Maybe the people you hang out with have become toxic.
You need to create more sacredness around that.
This is also another really deep card.
But see what you see here.
Also,
Not afraid to allow yourself to be seen.
Speak your mind.
Allow people to see your mind.
Express your mind.
Okay,
Now moving on to the.
.
.
Present.
We've got so much here around balance going on.
In this reading today.
There's a lot of balance that needs to come within our mind,
Body and soul.
And this here as well,
There's a real sense of needing to be strong.
There's a sense of needing to be grounded.
To feel that you're connected to the earth.
But also.
.
.
Energetically connected to spirit,
To source.
Because you can see here This lightness of energy,
But there's also these beautiful rocks that are giving you that grounding,
That earthing.
So maybe to bring more balance into your life for you is to go and connect to nature more.
Maybe you're spending too much time indoors.
For some of you as well,
There's a lot of,
How do I put this?
There's a sense of uncertainty.
There's a sense of.
.
.
Not knowing what to do.
Not knowing the right thing to do.
Around a particular relationship.
I feel this is a romantic relationship for some of you.
Some of you this could be family as well.
And you're really having to stand in your own.
Strength and wisdom around that.
It's caused you quite some upset.
But it's not something that you can just automatically walk away from.
It's not like you can just close the door.
This is something you've got to work through.
And there's been a lot of tears.
But also you're still being pulled back.
To this energy,
To this people,
To this place,
These things.
Because there is still good there.
But knowing the.
.
.
It's the yin-yang of things,
Isn't it?
There can always still be good.
Even when something bad.
And it's not really about good or bad,
Is it?
It's about accepting that we're all human.
None of us are perfect.
We're perfect in our imperfections.
But if you're being drawn back to somebody because you're remembering the good,
But actually you're forgetting all of the bad times.
Write yourself a list.
You need to get real about this.
You maybe need to journal because.
.

What Spirit are showing me is.
.
.
We can have a glass of water,
A beautiful glass of pure water.
And you can add one drop of poison in that water and it poisons the whole glass.
So yes,
There may be a lot of good about this person.
Or it could be,
As I say,
This could be family members for some of you as well.
But actually the toxicity,
The things that are not so good.
Are outweighing the reasons to stay.
So you have to weigh this up and it's not going to be easy.
And a good way to do this is journaling,
Writing lists.
Speaking to friends about it.
And when I say friends,
Make sure you're speaking to people that are not judgmental of you that will give you a balanced viewpoint.
Because quite often what we do or what our shadow self does We know what friends give us certain responses.
So we know a friend that will be sympathetic about a certain thing.
But we also know a friend that will give us the.
.
.
You know,
Be real about it.
Give us the absolute no nonsense.
Suit yourself out.
And what happens is when we want certain answers or our shadow side,
Which we're not properly seeing,
The unconscious behaviour,
We'll go to that friend,
We'll go for that advice that's going to back up what we want to hear.
But actually for this situation.
.
.
You really need to get some real proper advice.
For some of you as well,
What Spirit are showing me here,
This could be around legalities as well,
Legal things that are going on.
But I am not allowed to talk about legal matters at all,
And I'm not.
I'm just highlighting that there could be,
For some of you.
.
.
Some legalities that you're having to sort out as well.
And it's not always easy in that situation because.
.
.
Especially if this is family affairs.
Maybe somebody's passed away and you're having to sort out the will.
Split the money and you know all this kind of stuff and you're dealing with family and your heart's getting in the way of your head or your heart's getting in the way of what you've been advised to do.
But you've really got to sit down here and get all the advice you need,
Whether that's professional,
Personal.
And as I say,
Journaling is powerful as well.
Sit and get your pen and paper.
Write down whatever this is that you're in two minds about.
And sit with it.
Because.
.
.
You know,
There could be many different things going on for different people here.
This is collective,
As I say,
But the main pointers that I'm being given here is around family.
Maybe as well relationships,
Definitely relationships,
Family and maybe legalities.
I'm going to hold this a bit closer for you.
For some of you as well,
It's purely just that you're feeling unsure at the moment,
Indecisive about things.
Maybe one minute you feel like you know what it is you want to do.
Maybe the next minute you're not sure.
And it's taking you out of your power.
So it's about coming back to your power,
Coming back to your being grounded,
Being centred.
And as I say,
Working with the uncertainty.
Let's look at the advice going forward to work with this uncertainty here.
With the uncertainty card as well.
It can be about anything because this is collective.
But you'll know.
That this uncertainty is linked into taking you very much out of your power.
And when I say taking you out of your power,
It's.

You're not being in alignment with your soul with your path with what you feel you need to do because of this energy that you're.
.
.
In two minds about.
Quite often when we're indecisive.
Whatever that is.
It's the indecision that actually takes away our power.
Once we make a choice,
And we get into our power.
And we take an action.
Then that starts to create that momentum going forward.
But when we sit in that indecision,
When we sit in that not knowing.
.
.
In trying to weigh everything up.
That's when it causes us the most pain.
That's when it takes the most mental.
Noise as well you know because your mind is constantly overthinking it.
So I often say to my clients,
It's let's make one decision today,
One strong decision that's going to help you to take one really strong,
Powerful step forward.
And do that today.
Whatever it is that's within your grasp that you can do today to just get that energy moving.
Show the universe where you're heading.
Because as long as we sit in that energy of indecision,
Of indecisiveness,
Of not knowing,
Of giving mixed messages to the universe,
It can't help us on that journey forward either.
Because it doesn't know what to give us.
Okay so here we go this is going forward into the future And because we're asking here about the week ahead,
This is very much for your week ahead,
But also because this is the future.
This can also link into even the rest of the year.
Who knows?
Because we've asked for future as well going forward.
Amen.
So for some of you,
For sure,
There's going to be things here that you are bringing to a close,
That are coming to a natural ending.
Or you are going to bring that end in yourself.
For some of you,
This ending is actually going to create that phoenix rising from the ashes moment where you ready to step through the flames,
Metaphorically.
Burn away whatever is not needed.
Because you know for you and your soul.
That that is no longer serving you.
You can't continue holding back or allowing that energy to hold you back anymore.
For a lot of us as well,
At the moment,
We've got a lot going on planetary,
In fire,
In Aries.
And this is bringing a lot up for a lot of us as well.
There's also a lot going on with change and sudden change in astrology at the moment as well.
So for some of you,
This will be quite sudden.
It will be You've been thinking about this,
You've been ruminating about it,
You know that you need to do it.
But maybe you haven't quite had the courage to do that.
But then this week going forward,
Something maybe is going to happen to even.

Create that within you and you're going to go,
I'm done.
I am done.
I know I need to let go of that.
And that can be many different things for many different people here.
As I say,
Particularly around this reading,
I'm sensing something strongly about romantic relationships.
But there's also family matters.
And for some of you,
Things leaked into legal matters as well.
But you're going to get to that place where I am done.
Now,
For some of you,
This is actually about what is in alignment with you and your soul's journey,
Your spiritual journey.
So for some of you,
It's like I am done with this because it's clipping my wings and it's holding me back.
And it is stopping me going to the next level of where I need to go for my spiritual journey.
And when I say our spiritual journey,
This is your soul's journey,
Your soul's path.
You're here in your meat suit,
As I like to call it,
In our 3D self.
Your soul,
Which is everything.
Is leading you.
Your soul is leading you.
But quite often,
We allow ourselves,
Because we're human,
To get in the way of our soul.
The bigger part of us,
The bigger part of all of us.
But we need to clean up our act on this level.
To be able to allow another element of our soul to channel and move through us.
So when I talk about our spiritual path,
Our soul's path,
It's like what do you need to release?
What is holding you down,
What is holding you back.
From that next path,
That next phase of your soul's journey.
And how do you know your.
.
.
With your soul or you're in alignment with your soul's journey.
Because things feel right.
Things flow.
It feels good.
It feels nourishing.
It feels like it's allowing you to grow and expand.
When something makes you feel like it's shrinking you,
It's pulling you back,
It's holding you back,
It's weighing you down.
That's not good for your soul.
That's not you aligning with your soul.
When something aligns with your soul you feel lighter.
You feel clearer.
You feel more decisive because again with the card previous cards that we've just had for the present the indecision is holding you back from that next leap forward.
And it could be forward,
It could be sideways,
It could be down another path,
Who knows?
And just because our soul is calling us forward to something doesn't mean it's all going to be amazing and shiny and great.
It means that that's going to allow us to expand.
That's why sometimes relationships can be some of the hardest things.
For our soul,
For our soul's path,
For us to grow.
A relationship can be one of the hardest things,
But once we go through that.

More often than not,
You have a huge leap forward in your soul's journey because you've overcome so many different blocks that have been holding you back.
And a lot of the time,
What I find in the work that I do,
In my readings that I do.

Is people know that that relationship is holding back their soul's journey.
They know it.
They feel it.
They feel like they're shrinking,
They're being weighed down.
They're being pulled back.
The arguments,
The chaos,
The not knowing,
The infidelity,
The mistrust,
Whatever's going on in that relationship.
A partner that doesn't get you or see you or understand you.
A partner that doesn't see you as a soul on your soul's journey.
Somebody that's a non-believer.
And it doesn't mean we all need to be with someone that's a huge believer or huge supporter of what we do,
But we need them to be able to see us and say,
I see you.
I see that that's not what my beliefs are or what I do,
But I see you and I support you in any way that I can.
And you'll know that because that energy will still pull you forward.
When you feel like your wings have been clipped,
That you're not stepping fully into who you are or who you want to be.
For some of you,
You've got a huge message to share.
Huge,
Huge message to share through spirit,
Through you.
You need to be in alignment with who you are.
Your soul.
To be able to feel the confidence and the self-worth and comfortable enough to share your truths and what's coming through you.
Some of you here,
Maybe some of you here already are here working,
Maybe on a platform here,
Maybe you're working as a teacher on Insight Timer,
Maybe you're already working in that role elsewhere,
You're already in alignment with that.
If that's the case,
This is time for you to step up.
And move forward another leap and bound because maybe you've just got a little bit too complacent.
And spirit will come and shake us up and say,
No,
Come on,
You're being complacent.
You can give a lot more than that.
And it's the next level up.
But know that this transformation,
This ending,
Whatever it is that you need to let go of.
With that comes new beginnings.
So this is one of my major arcana cards.
And in traditional tarot,
This is the world for those of you that read.
Tarot.
In my deck,
It's called Dao,
The Dao.
And you might be able to see the yin yang symbol.
In there the auroroboris,
The snake that eats its own tail.
It's that continuation.
Of life.
And we cannot destroy energy.
Energy will continue.
It will reshape,
Reform,
And it will continue.
That's the same as when we go to the spirit world.
But when we let go of something,
You're not really losing anything.
It's going to reform and reshape and continue in a different way.
So there's never really any endings.
There's never really any beginnings.
That's also what this card,
The world card.
Reminds us of as well but it's also very much about freedom and letting go It's like I need to let go of that cycle.
It's time to release.
Let go.
Step into your full power of who you are and who you know you can be.
Because quite often,
When people come to me for readings,
It's because more often than not,
They're feeling at a crossroad,
Not quite sure what to do.
And it's that indecision,
That lack of clarity that disempowers us.
Once you shine a spotlight on it,
And you have a look at it,
From a distance and with someone like myself.
Someone that could give you another viewpoint.
As well as the whole team that I have that works with me and other readers and mediums do as well.
You can get a different insight.
Have a little different viewpoint of what is going on.
That we can't always see ourselves.
Because we can't always see,
That little saying isn't there,
We can't always see the wood for the trees.
And how often do you find that in your own life?
Where you're so stuck in it.
That you can't see it.
And something I'm being reminded of here as well is maybe we're watching a movie.
Maybe you're watching a movie or a film.
It's a bit of a thriller.
And the person is in the house and they're about to.

Open the door and whoever's terrible outside the door.
As the onlooker,
We're all going,
Don't open the door.
Don't go in that kitchen or whatever we see that's going to happen.
But the person that's in it can't see it.
Because they're so absorbed in that moment.
They're so in it.
But this is about us getting a different viewpoint.
On these situations that are going on in our lives,
But also about looking at where your soul is at in its journey now,
Like where you're at with your soul in its journey.
And what is it that you need to release?
At this time,
This week and going forward,
To fully step into your soul.
And remembering that Each time is another layer which is why I feel this card is here.
Because it's another layer.
So you'll step into another layer of your soul's journey.
Another layer of you.
Another layer of who you are.
You've peeled off another layer of the onion.
And then we're back on the wheel again and let's see what this journey brings us.
And it may bring you to a point again where you feel it's not working for you energetically,
Whatever that is,
Whatever your choice is.
Say it's a new job or a new relationship.
How many times have we got into a new relationship and thought,
Yes,
This is amazing.
This is exactly what I need.
Few years down the line it's really not what you need anymore it's weighing you down you're not communicating the person hasn't grown in that time you've grown leaps and bounds or it could be vice versa they've grown leaps and bounds and you just feel comfortable where you are.
So there's always going to be another layer.
Because as I say,
There never really is a beginning or an ending.
It's about riding the waves of life.
