A few nice,
Long,
Deep breaths in and out.
Allowing yourself to be really comfortable.
Allowing your breath to just flow naturally in and out.
And witnessing your breath as it comes in and out.
Maybe your breath is coming out fast or slow.
Maybe you're breathing from high up in your chest.
Or maybe you're breathing from down in your belly.
Just witnessing it at this stage.
Not changing it unless you want to.
Just witnessing it.
Just witnessing your body and how you feel.
Allowing your body to relax.
That may mean rolling your shoulders.
Circling your ankles,
Your wrists.
Scrunching up your face.
Release.
Relaxing your jaw.
Allowing your body to sink into the seat or the ground beneath you.
Trusting that's going to hold you.
And if it feels comfortable for you,
Placing your hands over each other just below your belly button.
Just feeling the warmth of your belly.
The warmth of your tummy.
Under your hands.
Feeling yourself becoming more centred.
And on your next breath in,
See if you can take your breath all the way down to your hands.
And feeling your belly rise as you breathe in.
And feeling your belly fall as you breathe out.
Coming home to yourself,
To your body.
Centring your energy.
And if you can slow your breath down,
Even just a little.
Just slowing it down as you breathe in.
And slowing it down as you breathe out.
As you breathe in,
Visualise a colour.
Or think of a colour.
Any colour that comes to you.
And as you breathe out,
Visualise a colour leaving your lungs,
Leaving your body.
That is no longer serving you.
Just imagine that as a stagnant,
Stale energy leaving your lungs,
Leaving your body.
And as you breathe in,
Visualise a beautiful healing colour.
That's energising you,
Cleansing your energy.
Reaching every cell in your body.
On your next breath out,
Allow a sound to leave your lungs.
Whatever sound your body wants to make.
Maybe repeating that sound a few times as you breathe out.
And gently asking yourself,
What is your unique magic?
What is your uniqueness?
And what fears or doubts arise up when you think about fully stepping into your power?
You may feel that in an area of your body.
Just witness,
Be the witness.
You may be guided by spirit and your guides and helpers.
With some words,
With some feelings.
Just be curious,
Be open.
Just exploring the energy around your uniqueness,
Your unique magic.
Just coming back to your breath again.
Breathing in.
Breathing out in your own time.
Just gently bringing your awareness back to your body.
Back to this space.
When you feel ready,
Just gently opening your eyes.
And still remaining in this nice,
Calm,
Centered place.
Take some time to journal,
To write down any thoughts,
Feelings.
Anything that's come up for you during the meditation.
Maybe it's just a word on how you're feeling.
Exploring your soul's path.
And your unique magic.
What fears or doubts arise when you think about fully stepping into your power?
And how does that look?
How does your world look if you're fully in your power?
When you're being authentically you?
How does your world look?
How does it feel?
Something else that I like to do as well is to draw.
You could just doodle,
Maybe you would like to write a poem.
However it flows through for you.
But writing words is powerful.
Just gently coming back to this space.
Bringing your hands to prayer position.
Giving yourself a bow.
And taking a moment to ground yourself.
Just bringing yourself to this space.
