One of my favorite things to do ever is to guide people into deep states of rest and that translates to states of peace and nervous system regulation and maybe even an overall feeling of ease in the body and the mind.
So that's what I'm here for to help you attain.
So we're not really attaining anything.
It's more like I'm going to guide you through a systematic set of techniques that are going to move your brainwaves.
Into really slow brainwaves and then that is really where all the relaxation,
All the nervous system,
Regulation,
All the healing,
Regenerating,
Balancing,
Just whatever you need on every layer of your being.
Can be a benefit of this practice.
And just like with most everything that's beneficial like this.
Help to practice on a regular basis or at least have yoga nidra as part of your regular self-care practices.
It really can be done anytime.
What its intention is,
Is to bring you into the yogic sleep.
And a little bit about what that means is,
So Yoga is ultimately divine union with your true nature.
Come in this world and we kind of have to undo everything and find our way back to our true nature,
Which is piece which is love.
From there,
Everything arises.
But when we stray away from that,
Just because we incarnated to be human this time,
And then the families we were born in,
Habits,
The stories,
The beliefs,
All the things that start to create.
Who we are as this physical personality,
This physical being.
Yoga Nidra helps guide us back into that pure space that is really the truth of who we are.
And it's not a place where we're trying to get full time,
But it's like just kind of touching in on the peace that we truly are.
Really helps us in the other parts of our lives.
Sometimes we might get having less anxiety or stress or worry.
Maybe we're getting better sleep.
Maybe our heart rate can slow down and that helps our blood pressure.
There's just so many ways yoga nidra can be of benefit.
So I hope that you had an amazing practice.
