Sending that feather on a little dance through the breeze.
Watch it drift up,
Up and away,
Carrying any stress along with it.
With each breath,
Send another feather off on its merry way,
Taking away those little worries with every float.
Now let's transport ourselves to a world of calm and colour.
Picture yourself in a field sprinkled with wildflowers,
But these aren't ordinary flowers.
They're bursting with fun colours like bubblegum pink and neon yellow,
And some are even shaped like stars.
There's a breeze gently swirling around,
Carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers.
As it does,
It's picking up the tiniest,
Sparkliest bits of glitter,
The good kind that doesn't stick to everything,
Floating around you like little fireflies.
You feel each glittering bit settle softly on your skin,
Bringing with it a sense of lightness and pure,
Happy calm.
As you stroll through this field,
You spot a little cosy corner with a rainbow-coloured hammock hanging between two trees.
Go ahead and climb in,
Letting the hammock gently rock you into a deeper state of relaxation.
You feel like you're floating,

Feeling totally weightless and completely at ease.
