Welcome.

For this meditation,

You can either sit up or lay down.

Take a moment to make yourself comfortable.

As we begin,

Take a deep breath,

Slowly,

In through your nose,

And at the end,

Hold it,

And let go,

Release all of the air from your body.

Repeat this breath a couple of times,

Your breath slowly flowing in and flowing out of your body,

Feel how it pulls you back to the present moment,

Pulling your attention away from your thoughts and towards the breath.

And now,

Just imagine that with every inhale,

You're pulling peace into your being,

Becoming more and more peaceful,

With every breath that you take,

And the mind becoming more and more quiet.

Whenever a thought comes up,

Just allow it to be as it is,

Accept it,

And then just let it go and come back to the present moment,

A moment of pure being,

Nothing else,

Just enjoying the fact that you exist.

Can you see that when the mind is quiet,

What automatically remains is peace,

Calmness,

Stillness,

Who you truly are,

Has never lacked a sense of peace,

It has never lacked anything.

Lack is an illusion created by your human mind,

The biggest lie of all time.

In essence,

You are complete,

Whole,

Always,

Already.

Allow yourself to become even more still,

To sink even deeper in pure beingness,

Allowing yourself to just exist,

Exactly as you are,

As awareness,

Just aware of existing.
