Welcome to one-way meditation.

In today's meditation we're going to recognize and experience our true nature.

So get comfortable,

Find yourself a relaxed position and close your eyes.

Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose and at the end of your inhale,

Hold it,

And exhale.

Another slow breath,

Hold it,

And exhale.

Relax into your body,

And another breath,

Slow and steady,

In through your nose,

And exhale completely,

And relax your mind.

And now,

Just allow for your breath to find its own rhythm,

Effortlessly flowing in and flowing out of your body,

And feel how it flows in and how it fills up your lungs,

And then how it flows out of your body.

And now,

For a moment,

There is nothing that you have to do,

Nothing that you have to try.

All you have to do is to just be aware,

Aware of being,

Of existing.

Being aware,

Not doing aware.

It's in the words being aware,

And therefore effortlessly.

When you just give up trying and doing,

You automatically just are.

So drop everything,

Even more.

Drop your thoughts,

Your ideas about yourself and about your life,

Your feelings,

The sensations of your physical body.

Just drop all of it,

Forget about it,

And allow for a moment of pure being,

Empty,

Naked being,

And realize that beyond all of those things,

You are still aware.

Become this awareness,

By doing nothing at all.

The moment you try,

The moment you force,

The moment you think about it,

You lose it.

So just allow it to be,

Just allow yourself to exist,

Naked and empty as you are.

Even if your mind is thinking,

Even if your body is hurting,

That doesn't affect you as this awareness.

The true you is unaffected.

Become so open,

So empty,

That love,

That bliss can automatically enter your being,

Enter your awareness.

And feel that bliss,

That effortless,

Unconditional bliss that is always already here.

And when it's not,

It is just you,

Blocking it.

Get out of your own way and open up to your true nature of unconditional joy,

And unconditional love,

And happiness that doesn't need anything to be there.

Be happy,

For no reason at all.

This is who you truly are.

Be free,

Because you are,

Always have been,

And always will be.

The more you realize your true nature of oneness,

Of pure beingness,

The more effortless your life becomes,

The more automatic your life becomes.

Effortless action,

Effortless joy,

Effortless giving.

Live an effortless life.

Don't do,

Don't try,

Just be,

Just let.

And effortlessly follow your bliss,

Follow your excitement.

Take a deep breath,

And exhale,

And realize that in your essence,

You are always already whole,

Because you are everything.

There is just oneness.

How can you lack anything,

When you are literally everything?

Live as an embodiment of that wholeness,

And your life will flow effortlessly.
