My name is Tiffany Pratt and this is Quietly Colorful,
A meditation series I designed to help you explore all of the inner colorful pieces of yourself.
Take a deep breath.
Close your eyes and let's meet red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
Red.
The root of it all,
The end and the beginning.
Red is alert,
Alive,
Here,
Gone.
This bold color signals our most primal states.
It calls us to be present,
To pay attention and tune in to our most instinctive awareness.
Our root chakra offers the energy of being here,
Feeling grounded,
Safe,
Stable,
Secure.
Red vibrates in the solfeggio frequency.
It is the sound of LAM.
L-A-M.
LAM.
LAM.
LAM.
The energy of the earth that supports life.
Red is the perfect rose.
The flawless polish on your nails.
The sole of those shoes that make you want to strut.
A dining room wall.
Grandma's pizza sauce.
That little lace number under your clothes.
The geraniums blooming on the windowsill.
The stop sign at the corner.
The temple thread bracelet around your wrist.
The blood pumping through your veins.
The lipstick that makes you feel extra fancy.
A crunchy red apple.
Discover your red.
Picture the base of your spine.
The root of you.
Here.
Here.
In this moment,
We will reawaken all that is red within you.
So now let's dump out all that is red.
Earth energy radiates in red.
And it is here to ground into.
Can you imagine the earth supporting you?
Can you imagine the earth supporting you?
How do you feel when you think of red?
Are you feeling warm?
Fiery?
Loved?
Sensitive?
Connected?
Passionate?
Safe?
At home in your body?
Nourished?
Rooted to the planet beneath your feet?
Where in your life is calling for more red energy?
Envision that right now.
What is your body and environment asking of you?
Go deeper in the feeling of red.
What do you physically feel when you think of red?
What emotions surface?
What do you want to feel when you see red?
Where is red living in your life?
In whatever place red rests for you,
Picture it and sit with it.
Sit with red like your friend,
Whispering their secrets.
Be inspired by shades of red.
Red can be many shades like red jasper,
Garnet,
Hematite,
Matter,
Rosa corsa,
Vermilion,
Scarlet,
Dragon's blood,
Mahogany or candy apple red.
Let's visit with mahogany.
Like the top layers of the earth warmed by the sun.
A rich,
Deep color to root into.
This color nourishes our sense of presence through reminding us of the experience of grounding our energy into the planet we call home.
What does home mean for you?
Let's now have a visit with scarlet.
Fiery,
Vibrant.
Like the petals of a blooming summer rose or blood dripping from a freshly cut wound.
A reminder to find beauty in every moment.
To connect with the duality of strength and fragility.
What parts of you feel strong?
And what parts of you crave softness?
Red in action.
Gardening,
Cooking,
Walking in nature,
Honoring our body.
Where could you add more red into your life visually?
A red wall?
A red sock?
A red lip?
A red bowl to eat from?
A red plant?
All of these little choices with red will remind you of this moment and all of the emotions surrounding it.
Burn,
Baby,
Burn.
Grab some cedar incense in your imagination.
Light it up.
Take a deep breath,
Deep,
Deep breath.
Can you smell the burning cedar?
Feel the fire of red and fill your personal space with its magical energy.
It's time to affirm.
I am grounded and connected to the earth and within myself.
I let go of my past and those stories and I stand here in the present.
I belong here.
I am safe.
I love being me.
Now let's take one more last deep breath.
This is red.
This is you.
Your root chakra is glowing and spinning red.
Enjoy this beautiful,
Vibrant energy as it fills you entirely.
Thank you so much for joining me today on this beautiful journey through the color red.
This is being quietly colorful.
Quietly colorful is something that I've dreamed up,
Designed,
And worked on for so long.
It's a love note from my heart to yours.
It's conjured from my waking days making connections with color,
Both through sound,
Smells,
Feelings,
And frequencies.
Color has meant so much to me and I want to share that with you.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful,
Precious,
Colorful time with me.
I so appreciate it.
And I'm sending you prismatic rainbow beams of love.
