Maybe you're waking up to the ocean air or just finding a quiet pocket of peace.
This moment is for you.
Let's take a deep breath together,
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth.
And on the exhale,
Allow your eyes to gently close.
And notice how gently you can allow the top eyelid to touch the bottom eyelid,
Softening into this moment,
Feeling yourself arriving in your body.
You've made it here.
You don't have to rush through.
Today,
Give yourself permission to move slowly.
And with your eyes closed,
Giving yourself permission to visualize how slowly you can move through the day.
Maybe if you're somebody who rushes when they wash their face and brush their teeth,
You can move with more intention in those moments.
Maybe if you're somebody who runs from one place to the next,
You can focus on the walk it takes to get there.
Giving yourself permission to live in the present moment.
And we can begin by calling all of our energy back to us right now.
You can visualize this as if it were a ball of light glowing on top of your head,
Representing all of your energy.
And in this moment,
You can call back everything,
Visualizing your energy as if it were flickers of light traveling from across the globe,
Calling back your energy from the past,
From the anxiety,
From fears of the future,
Calling back your energy that you've given to other people.
And not judging anything that comes up,
But allowing the energy to fill that golden light above your head and watch it grow brighter and brighter.
And as that ball begins to grow brighter,
You feel your spine and your body becoming more centered.
And allow that ball of light to drop into your body and into your heart space.
And feel that energy move through your body as if it were liquid light entering into the streams of your blood,
Charging you from the inside out,
Giving you permission.
Permission to be.
Now take a few moments to explore some gentle reflections.
Ask yourself,
If I gave myself permission to have the best day ever,
What would it look like?
What would it feel like to be the most peaceful version of me?
Where can I release expectations and invite in the presence instead?
What small thing could bring me joy today if I really slowed down to notice it?
Let these questions drift through your mind as if they were clouds.
There's no need to grab them.
Anything that rises,
Just simply observe it.
But notice the energy in your body now.
You're allowed to move slow.
You're allowed to be here.
You're allowed to rest.
