Yoga Nidra For Sleep Or Sleepless Nights - Moon And Stars
I've created this Yoga Nidra for the Full Moon Ceremony, but it can also be used outside of the full moon period. If the elements of the moon and stars resonate with you, calm you, and relax you, then I hope you find it helpful as you prepare for sleep or use it after a sleepless night to recover.
