Vladimir is a product and project manager at adidas, a certified Yoga Teacher, and a certified Yoga Therapist (in training). Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, he has been living in Nuremberg, Germany. He aims to support others through meditations in relaxing and connecting to the parts of themselves they may have hidden. He has practiced Yoga since 2014 starting with asanas and eventually going into meditation. Meditations have primarily supported him to go less affected through day-to-day and more wise through major life challenges. He is convinced relaxing the body and mind is key to bringing us to a healthy baseline from which everyone can grow and become what they desire.

I loved this beautifully written and delivered meditation. As a new parent there are lots of sensations and emotions I don’t often have the space to process, so I really appreciated the visualisation and cues which helped me begin that work. Thank you 🙏

Thank you,Vladimir, this is a great relaxation exercise and comforting for my stiff joints. I actually fell asleep this morning while I was doing it and looking forward to repeating it. I will repeat this often.
