Welcome.
This is a guided meditation for aligning with your feminine energy and your womb space.
My name is Joss of Wildwomb and I invite you to get comfortable,
Perhaps lying down on your back with your palms open and noticing what support you need,
Pillows or blankets.
Okay,
So as you get settled in here,
Relaxing your body,
I'll invite you to take a moment and notice where these words land in your body.
Abundance,
Where does that land in your body?
Sensuality,
Surrender,
Flow.
Okay,
Take a few deep breaths,
Release your exhale through your mouth and let your body surrender deeper into the earth on every exhale.
How does that feel?
Okay,
Feel the coolness of your breathing on the inhale and the warmth on your exhale.
Keep feeling your breathing and notice your body continuing to surrender down.
Starting to notice the parts of your body that are touching the ground,
The bed,
Whatever you're lying on.
Maybe the backs of your legs,
Your glutes.
You can feel your back,
The back of your shoulders,
Your arms,
The back of your head.
Okay,
So keep dropping your weight down into these areas of your body.
Legs are nice and relaxed.
Soften the pelvic muscles and the belly.
Surrender your shoulders down.
Relax the back of your neck and soften through your jaw and your eyelids.
Relax your tongue.
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
Now I'll invite you to visualize yourself lying here.
Looking down at yourself from above.
See yourself now.
Now look up from beneath your body,
Seeing yourself from underneath.
See yourself from the right side and the left side.
See all of you.
And then I'll invite you to come back to looking down at yourself from above and imagine your body resting in the most safe,
Peaceful,
And vibrant garden.
You could breathe into the flowers and the plants and the life.
You might see vivid colors.
You could smell how fresh and alive everything feels.
Your body in this vibrant garden,
How does that feel?
You might hear running water and the soft songs of birds around you.
Everything feels warm and abundant.
Blooming bright flowers,
Life and energy overflowing.
And you see yourself lying in this abundance.
Now notice that your physical body becomes transparent.
Your physical body becomes transparent in this vibrant and abundant space.
So now everything in that vibrant garden is also a part of you.
It's within your sacred body.
Your body is holding the energy of that garden.
You might repeat this affirmation,
I am a vibrant garden.
I am a vibrant garden.
I am a vibrant garden.
Notice an inhale and an exhale.
When you sense that you're ready to leave,
Take an exhale to rest back in your heart.
Keep letting your breathing awaken you.
So you come back to your physical body,
Feeling your body in contact with whatever you're lying on,
All those points of contact.
And closing with that affirmation,
You might want to say this out loud,
I am a vibrant garden.
