This meditation is a space to settle into what is already unfolding within you. As awareness softens and the body relaxes. You are guided into a sense of steadiness that allows expansion to be felt as safe, natural, and supported. Rather than needing to understand or direct the process, the nervous system is invited to rest in trust, letting growth move at its own rhythm. This practice supports meeting change with presence, allowing expansion to integrate gently through the body, breath, and awareness. A quiet place to lean into trust and let what is opening continue to unfold with ease.

Welcome beautiful soul,

Take a moment now to find a comfortable position,

Make any small adjustments you need,

Let the body know it's safe to settle here.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes,

You are safe,

You are held,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,

Feel how nothing is required of you right now,

Release any tension from the jaw,

Let your shoulders soften,

Let's start with some reset breaths,

So take a slow breath in through the nose and a soft sigh out the mouth,

With each gentle exhale the body sinks a little deeper,

Again inhale through the nose and sigh it out,

With each exhale the world becomes quieter,

One more time deep inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth,

Let it go,

Now allow the breath to return to its own rhythm.

I invite you now to set an intention for this practice,

Trust what arises and hold it in your heart space.

As the breath flows awareness begins to drift inward,

Thoughts soften,

Edges blur,

The outside world fades into the background,

Inside there is a place that has always existed,

A place that does not rush,

That does not push,

A place that grows in its own time.

In this place there is something quietly unfolding,

Not all at once,

Not dramatically,

It begins the way all real growth begins,

Almost unnoticed,

Like a seed resting in warm earth,

Feeling the slow steady presence of life around it,

The seed does not question when it will grow,

It does not wonder if it is ready,

It simply listens,

It listens to the rhythm of the earth,

To the warmth,

To the subtle signals that say now is safe and slowly,

Very slowly something inside it begins to open,

Not upward,

Not outward but inward first,

The shell softens,

The tightness eases,

Inside your body something recognises this feeling,

A familiar softness,

A quiet permission,

Here expansion is not an act of effort,

It is a response to safety.

As the story continues the seed begins to stretch,

Not to escape where it is but to become more of what it already holds,

There is no tearing,

No forcing,

Just a gentle widening,

A gradual making of space,

Inside you the same thing is happening,

Space opens in the chest,

In the belly,

Along the spine,

All tightness loses its grip,

The parts of you that learn to stay small rest now,

They feel warm,

They feel support,

They no longer need to hold the shape they once did.

As the seed grows it does not lose what it has been,

It does not abandon the earth,

Its roots deepen even as it expands,

Inside you this grounding is felt as steadiness,

A quiet sense of being anchored even as something new begins to take form,

The story unfolds without hurry,

Days pass,

Seasons shift,

Young plants stretching towards the light it does not yet see,

Trusting that the light exists,

It has never seen the sky yet it grows towards it,

This is the kind of trust that lives in the body,

Not the trust that demands proof but trust that is woven into life itself,

As you rest you may feel moments of tenderness,

Memories of times when you didn't know what was next,

Times when you grew anyway,

Those moments live inside you as wisdom now,

As the plant continues to grow not in a straight line but in its own organic way,

Some days are still and some days feel full of movement,

Expansion does not follow a schedule,

Inside your body the truth settles deeply,

You do not need to rush who you are becoming,

You are already in motion,

As the plant grows taller it does not leave its roots behind,

It becomes more itself,

Above the ground and below it,

Inside you this feels like integration,

Past and present meeting gently,

Old and new finding space to exist together,

There is no splitting only wholeness,

The story continues into a place of quiet strength,

The plant now moves with the wind,

Bending without breaking,

It has learnt that flexibility is part of expansion,

Inside your body the nervous system softens into this knowing,

You do not need to be rigid to be strong,

You do not need to control to be safe,

Expansion becomes ease,

Time passes unnoticed,

The body rests deeply now,

Listening to the ancient story it already understands and slowly gently the story begins to settle,

The plant stands rooted and open held by earth reaching into the sky,

Inside you this becomes a feeling of calm confidence,

Not loud just present,

Awareness begins to widen again,

The breath,

The body,

The surface beneath you,

The story does not end it integrates,

It becomes part of how you move,

How you choose and how you trust yourself,

Begin to feel the room around you again,

The steady support beneath your body,

Take your time,

When it feels right you may bring some gentle movement into your fingers and toes,

Take a nice beautiful deep inhale through the nose and a slow exhale out the mouth,

When your body is ready you can gently open your eyes,

Nothing needs to change,

You are already trusting the expansion,

With love and gratitude always,

Thank you for being here.
