T-Bob Bodin

You don’t have to be a silent monk on a mountaintop to get the benefits of mindfulness. It’s possible to live in the hustle and bustle of a modern, Western lifestyle and find that you can be “okay when everything is not okay” (to quote Tori Amos). And you’ll be surprised how much better the good things in life are when you’re completely present for them. With an approach based on Buddhist Vipassana, T-Bob has trained under Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, La Sarmiento, and many others in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. T-Bob weaves playfulness, compassion, and real-life experiences of feeling othered, and less than as a gay man into his meditations. He hopes to be a caring guide on your own adventure in becoming more aware.
