Wait,

Why is this meditation so short?

Okay,

This is the super short introduction to the stop method of meditation.

It's something you can include anytime throughout your day when you want a little bit of mindfulness.

S is stop.

T,

The S is really stupidly obvious.

T is take a breath.

One breath is in and out.

O is observe.

You might observe your emotions,

Your mind,

Your thoughts,

How your body feels.

And P is proceed with your day.

So let's give it a try.

Stop what you're doing.

Take an inhale and exhale.

Observe.

What sensations are you experiencing in your body?

Are there any emotions that seem especially strong?

And just generally,

What is the state of your mind?

Proceed.

Ding,

Ding,

Ding,

Ding.

Congrats,

You made it through.

You can proceed with your day and come back to this anytime you want.

Thank you.
