Let's meditate on gratitude,

Thankfulness.

When we be in gratitude,

In thankfulness,

In love,

In trust,

We heal ourselves,

We raise our vibration.

So let's stop for a moment and have a look at the things we are thankful for,

We are grateful for.

So just bring yourself into a comfortable seated meditation posture,

Resting your hand on your knees,

With your palms facing upwards,

Opening the chest,

Stimulating the Anahata Chakra and slowly close your eyes,

Softening the face,

Bringing a gentle soft smile on your face,

In a relaxed way,

Relaxing down the shoulders,

The arms,

The hands,

The chest,

The belly,

The whole back,

The hips,

The legs,

The ankles and the feet and bring the attention towards your heart or towards your Anahata Chakra,

The energy center of the heart,

Located exactly in the middle of the chest,

Connecting with the loving energy over here,

The high vibration of love and then take a moment to think where you are grateful for,

Grateful for all the beauty in your life,

Thankful for everything,

Thankful for your body which is helping you,

Thankful for the people surrounded by you,

Thankful for the roof above your head,

Thankful for the food you feed yourself with,

Thankful for the support of others around by you,

Be thankful,

Be grateful,

It can be anything,

Anything which comes up in your mind,

Anything you are thankful for,

Bring it towards the front,

The things you are thankful for and grateful for,

Remind yourself for this,

All the beauty surrounded by you,

Sometimes when it becomes familiar,

We have it every day,

Every moment,

We forgot how thankful we should be,

So just remind yourself once again of all the beauty surrounded by you,

The familiar things,

Be thankful for them,

Be in gratitude,

In thankfulness,

Fully with every part of your body,

Raising your vibration,

Feeling thankful with every part of you,

Feeling grateful for every part of you,

Think of as many things as you can find to be thankful for,

Thankful for being alive,

Getting chances in life,

Create our life in fully gratefulness and thankfulness and then see for today,

If you can take this with you throughout the day,

Reminding yourself of the things you are thankful for,

Everywhere you go,

Take the meditation with you,

In gratefulness,

In thankfulness,

Everywhere,

Anytime and gently open your eyes.
