We think transformation requires effort.
Hours of meditation or repeating affirmations until something finally has changed.
But sometimes,
All it takes is just a few intentional minutes of presence to remind your body that it is safe,
Capable,
And worthy of something new.

Friend.
Thanks for hitting play today.
My name is Anthony.
And this short practice,
As the title says,
Is designed to help you do just that.
To help you gently reprogram your subconscious mind.
Not by forcing your thoughts to change.
Not by fixing your mindset.
But by shifting the state you're being from.
Because when your nervous system feels safe,
It opens to new possibilities.
So take a moment to ground yourself on a comfortable position.
Hold yourself upright,
But be relaxed.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes,
If you haven't so already.
Take a long,
Slow,
Easy breath through your nose.
And a long,
Unhurried breath out through your mouth.
And slow everything down.
If it feels good,
You can place one hand gently over your heart.
To feel that connection.
And begin gently breathing through this space.
In through the heart.
Out through the heart.
Inhale.
Exhale.
All through your heart.
Feel your chest rise and fall.
Notice the warmth of your hand.
And with each breath through your heart,
Imagine your body is faintly whispering to itself.
It's safe to relax.
It's safe to receive.
Hear that faintly,
Like an echo in the background.
Just stay with this rhythm.
Breathing into the heart.
Breathing out of the heart.
Silent whisper.
It is safe to relax.
It is safe to receive.
So now I'm going to speak to your deeper mind through four simple declarations.
After each one,
Just notice what you feel.
You don't have to force yourself to believe it.
Just let the words land in your body.
I am safe to receive.
I am safe to receive.
I deserve to receive.
I deserve to receive.
I deserve to receive.
Remember that soft warmth of worthiness that you already are.
I am capable of creating.
I am capable of creating.
Feel that inner strength.
Feel that inner strength.
Feel that inner strength.
Feel that inner strength.
Expanding within you.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
Stay present with this.
Let these feelings mingle.
Safety,
Worthiness,
Capability,
Possibility.
It's all here for you.
You are teaching your body what it feels like to be already whole.
Now,
From this place of safety and calm,
I want you to let your imagination loose.
Visualize your future self,
But not as someone far away,
But as the person you already are becoming,
The person that's already within you.
Visualize your day,
Seeing yourself being this person from morning to night.
What is this ideal you?
How does this person feel?
Lighter,
More peaceful,
More grounded in who they truly are.
It's a beautiful sight.
If you can,
Make this less about a thinking exercise and really feel the emotions of being that person.
We can do that through gratitude.
Can you feel grateful right now,
Not for something you hope will happen someday,
But for what's unfolding right now,
For the person you already are?
Bring it back to your heart.
Feel the gratitude.
As if your body is saying,
Yes,
I remember this.
This is familiar now.
This is who I am.
This is who I've always been.
Beautiful work.
Take a deep breath in through your heart.
Take a deep breath out through your heart.
And exhale slowly through your heart.
When you're ready,
Come back to the room.
Round back to the earth beneath you.
And open your eyes.
Just notice how you feel today.
Perhaps more open,
More centered,
More like your true self.
Remember,
It doesn't take hours of meditation and deep self-improvement to shift our lives.
Just a few intentional minutes each day reminding your body that it is safe,
Worthy,
Capable,
Teaching it to be open to possibility.
All of that can begin to reprogram your reality from the inside out.
