Lie down comfortably and close your eyes,

Feel your body resting fully against the surface beneath you.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And exhale gently,

Let your breath guide your calm and steady.

And bring your attention to your feet,

Feel them connecting with the earth.

With each inhale,

Draw up warm,

Steady energy from the ground.

With each exhale,

Release any tension,

Restlessness,

Or scattered energy,

Letting it flow down deep into the earth.

Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Growing deep,

Strong,

And wide.

With every breath,

Feel calm,

Growing energy rise through your roots,

Filling your feet,

Your legs,

Your pelvis,

Settling in your lower body.

You are safe,

Supported,

And held.

With each inhale,
