This practice invites you to slow down with conscious breathing, grounding your body and releasing heaviness with each exhale. You’ll be guided into a natural setting where the senses awaken, bringing calm and restoration through connection with the elements. As you settle, awareness gathers in the lower belly, the dantien, where a glowing light expands with each inhale. Chi flows through the body, restoring balance, vitality, and inner steadiness. From this cultivated energy, you’ll set intuitive intentions, aligning your inner state with what you wish to create in your life.

A guided meditation,

Grounding in nature,

Cultivating inner energy and inviting insight.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated with your spine tall or lying down.

Allow your body to soften,

Releasing any tension in your shoulders,

Your jaw and your hands.

Close your eyes gently,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment and exhale slowly again through your nose.

With every breath,

Notice your body becoming heavier,

More relaxed,

More present.

Let go of the outside world for a while.

This time is yours.

With each inhale,

Draw in calmness.

And with each exhale,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet burrowing deep into the earth.

Feel them growing slowly,

Deeply,

Reaching past the soil,

Through the rocks,

All the way to the earth's core.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing up stability,

Nourishment and vitality from the earth.

With each exhale,

Release tension,

Stress and heavy energy into the earth where it is transformed and neutralized.

Feel your connection growing stronger as if you are becoming part of the earth itself.

You are stable,

Secure and supported.

Every breath strengthens this connection,

Grounding you,

Anchoring your energy and preparing your body and mind for deeper exploration.

And now allow an image of your perfect natural setting to form in your mind.

Perhaps you are in a sunlit forest,

A quiet meadow or by the ocean,

Feeling the gentle breeze and hearing the soft sounds of nature.

Take in the colors,

The textures and subtle fragrances.

Visualize yourself walking slowly through this landscape.

Notice each step,

How your feet connect with the earth beneath you.

Feel the warmth of the sun,

The coolness of the shade,

The gentle caress of the wind.

With every inhale,

Draw in the pure energy of this place.

And with every exhale,

Release anything heavy,

Anything that is blocking your energy.

Take your time here,

Walk slowly.

Notice the small details,

The sound of leaves rustling,

Birds calling,

The feel of sand or grass beneath your feet.

Allow your senses to fully awaken,

Letting your mind become clear and calm as you absorb the gentle restorative energy of nature.

Now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,

Just below your navel,

The dantian,

The center of your inner energy.

Place your hands gently over this area.

Visualize a warm golden light glowing there.

With every inhale,

See this light growing brighter,

Expanding slowly.

With every exhale,

Imagine it spreading through your body,

Feeling your chest,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your legs and your head.

Feel this energy circulating down to your feet,

Up through the spine,

Back around your arms.

Sense it filling every cell with vitality,

Warmth and balance.

This is your qi,

The life energy within you.

Let it flow freely,

Effortlessly,

Without forcing it.

If your mind drifts,

Gently return to your breath and the feeling of this warm energy in your dantian.

And with each inhale,

Draw in more strength and clarity.

With each exhale,

Release the tension,

Knowing you are radiant,

You are whole.

And now that your body and energy are aligned,

Bring to mind an intention,

Question or area of your life you wish to explore.

Perhaps it is clarity on a decision,

Guidance for your next steps,

Or something you wish to manifest.

Ask yourself gently,

What would I like to invite into my life?

Allow the answers,

The images,

Feelings or ideas to arise naturally,

Don't force them,

Simply observe.

Imagine your inner sanctuary as a safe,

Radiant place where all insights are welcome.

Let the golden energy of your qi illuminate this space,

Helping you see what is needed to move forward.

If you have a manifestation in mind,

Picture it clearly,

Feel it as if it is already real,

The sights,

The sounds,

The emotions.

Sense it flowing through your energy field,

Harmonising with your qi.

With every breath,

Imagine your intention growing stronger,

More vibrant and fully aligned with your highest self.

Stay here,

Breathing slowly,

Allowing insights and manifestations to emerge naturally,

There is no rush.

You are in a sacred space of inner clarity and guidance.

And when you feel ready to leave your inner sanctuary,

Imagine yourself gently walking back along the same path through nature,

Feeling the earth beneath your feet and the breeze on your skin.

Bring your awareness back to your roots,

Take a deep breath,

Feeling the connection to earth and the energy flowing through you.

And slowly wriggle your fingers and your toes,

Stretch your arms and your legs.

And when you are ready,

Take a final deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes.

You are grounded,

Energised and carrying the clarity and insight into the rest of your day.
