Before beginning the affirmations,

Do a quick check-in with your breath,

With your body.

Just ensure that you're in a space where you can focus your attention on these affirmations and seal your practice with gratitude.

Flow Affirmation I am in flow.

I release control of the outcome.

I trust myself and my intuition.

I am open to receiving the guidance I need.

I know I am capable of navigating this.

I am grounded in my breath and my body.

I am supported.

I am ready to release whatever needs to be released.

I trust myself.

I surrender to the flow.

I am in flow.

Take a moment to center yourself in your breath.

Return to your intention and send yourself some gratitude for this short affirmation exercise.
