Closing your eyes when you feel ready taking a nice slow deep inhale in through your nose and a nice easy exhale through your mouth beginning to arrive slow inhale in filling up with new fresh energy and slow exhale letting it go last time big inhale in nice and slow easy exhale letting it go relaxing your body sinking into your seat feeling nice and grounded and supported here by the earth beneath you and gently scanning your body noticing if there's anything you can relax your belly dropping your shoulders down your back peeling your heart space forward I'm clenching your jaw letting your tongue hang loosely softening all the little muscles around your face coming deeper and deeper into your body into presence you seeing if there's any more weight that you can pour down into your simple and into the earth letting go of everything everything that you're holding on to in your body anything that you're holding on to in your mind imagining it all sinking down from the crown of your head all the way down into your simple and down into the earth you taking a few more moments here to relax to arrive we will begin repeating our mantra out loud or in your mind aha Brahmas me aha Brahmas me aha Brahmas me I am the universe and as you repeat this mantra over and over again in your mind focusing all of your awareness all of your attention on this mantra maybe even placing your gaze between your third eye space right between your eyebrow as you continue to repeat aha Brahmas me aha Brahmas me aha continuing on for a few more moments in silence you you you you if your mind has wandered away it's okay just gently bringing yourself back to the mantra aha Brahmas me aha Brahmas me I am the universe I am the universe you you you aha Brahmas me this mantra returns you to the sacredness of the miracle that you are it awakens within your body the truth that you are a fragment of the universe of spirit embodied in human form you were made of the same energy that created the stars the planet and everything that exists on earth because you are made of it you are not separate from it spirit God is not something that is out there it's an energy that quite literally exists within every single cell of your body you are spirit you are God you are the universe experiencing life through your human form for a short while you continue repeating the mantra for the last few moments in silence and feel yourself merging with the divinity that exists within you aha Brahmas me you you you can stay here in this space of infinite potential for as long as you wish when you feel ready beginning to deepen your inhales and your exhales you noticing your body sitting in the space that you're in beginning to welcome sounds movement into your body you gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you feel ready very gently opening your eyes
