I wonder,

Did you know you're made of the same stuff as stars?

It's true.

A long,

Long time ago,

Very,

Very far away,

The first stars in the universe exploded like fireworks and sent tiny star pieces across space.

These star pieces,

Which are so tiny you can't even see them,

Are all around us and even inside our bodies.

Did you hear that?

You are made of the same stuff as stars.

So go ahead and tell yourself or someone you're sitting near,

Hey,

You're a star.

No wonder you shine so bright.

Now that we've got that settled,

Let's get still.

Sitting up tall,

We reach up to the sky,

Then drop our arms and close our eyes.

We wiggle our toes,

Then wiggle our nose.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

And as you let that breath go,

Imagine yourself watching the sunrise.

You see the sun peek its golden rays over the horizon and watch it rise in the sky,

Changing the night to morning.

And as it rises higher and higher,

The golden sun gets bigger and brighter.

And you notice something curious.

You notice that with every breath you take,

The sun moves a little closer.

And with only three breaths,

You bring the sun right over your head.

Let's breathe together.

Ready?

One,

Two,

And three.

With the sun just above you,

You feel its warmth on the top of your head and on your shoulders.

And you reach up and you pop the sun.

Its golden warmth pours out on the top of your head and begins to fill your body.

It fills the space between your toes and between your fingers.

It fills behind your ears and the creases of your elbows.

It fills every tooth and every piece of hair on your head.

It even fills your belly button.

And here you are,

Full of the sun's golden light.

How wonderful is that?

When you feel full and bright,

Go ahead and wiggle your toes and wiggle your nose.

Reach up to the sky and drop your arms and open your eyes.

I must say,

You who are made of star stuff,

It seems to me you make the sun feel right at home.
