Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Breathing out and carry on breathing consciously and deeply.
And now invite all ascended beings of light to stand around you in your space.
Out of their heart centres a beam of light creates a crystalline grid of protection around your field.
Now imagine tree roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Permeating the ground and growing deeper into Mother Earth.
Notice how they wrap around the Earth's core,
Her love and nourishment emanating from her heart centre.
This energy travels up your tree roots and into your feet,
Turning into a deep red as it reaches your root chakra,
Opening and awakening.
It then moves up to your sacral chakra,
Bright orange,
Opening and activating.
Moving up to your solar plexus,
A bright yellow sun,
Opening and awakening.
Moving up to your heart chakra,
An emerald green,
Activating and awakening.
Moving up to your throat chakra,
An electric blue,
Opening and expanding.
Moving up to your third eye chakra,
A beautiful indigo,
Awakening and opening.
And finally reaching your crown chakra,
A bright white light,
A thousand petal lotus,
Opening and activating.
And a beautiful beam of light shoots up into the heavens from your crown,
Connecting you to the divine,
To source,
To all that is.
Feeling this deep connection and balance to the Earth and to the divine.
And now imagining that you are standing in a beautiful meadow.
The grass is fresh and green.
The sounds of nature are very soothing and relaxing.
Notice there is an opening in the bushes and trees at the edge of the meadow.
Beginning to walk towards it,
You allow the surrounding nature to nourish you into a deeper state of tranquility and equilibrium.
As you emerge on the other side,
You see in front of you a magical staircase,
Weaved out of branches,
Ivy and glowing flowers.
It is much stronger than it looks and you start walking gently up this alive and natural stairway.
When you get to the top,
You arrive at a stunning diamond crystalline platform.
In the centre is embellished sacred geometry,
It has a warm glow and the divine energy it emits cause you to sit right on top of it.
Huge amplifying amethyst columns surround you.
Angels of manifestation stand between the crystal columns.
A huge spherical energy field covering them and encompassing you.
The energetic symbols of sacred geometry begin to rise up through your body,
Aligning your chakras to your soul's calling and the pure desires of your heart and soul.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye and imagine waking up in the morning of your new reality.

Passion and connection arise within you.
Begin to get out of bed and start your day.
