To begin to settle and organize now around you as if you were in a plasma that your boundary was expanded and whole and complete.
And that perhaps as you have a feeling of groundedness,
Of heaviness in your body,
Of an awareness of your legs and of the earth and gravity,
And an awareness of your own cocoon of light,
Your own boundary at different levels,
Whatever you're aware of,
Clear,
Balanced and complete.
Fear of perhaps a golden sun or golden stream of energy that is your source.
Opening your awareness,
Your heart,
To include the sense of being inside of a tank,
A temple,
Perhaps as if you are the nucleus of a cell and that there is a plasma around you.
That there is a contained space around you,
Letting it expand,
Letting it be as big as it needs to be.
And begin to allow the things that you've been holding inside of the boundary of your skin,
Inside of the boundary of your emotional body,
Inside of the mental body system and grid work as if you could release them like gas bubbles,
Old patterns,
Old stories,
Tied up knots of physical and emotional pain.
Tied up knots of physical and emotional pain.
Mental confusion,
Ways that your mind has interpreted events or made meaning that perhaps is not pure,
Allowing this all to release,
Bringing your awareness to your core,
To your spine,
To the column of light that is you,
Your soul.
Knowing that you are safe and that you are contained.

Allowing your guide or guides to approach,
Standing just outside of this expanded cell wall.
Perhaps if you are imagining yourself in a temple that you could see them approaching now and standing perhaps above or on the side,
It could be the council that you worked with,
The guides that helped you choose this incarnation.
The guides that helped you choose this incarnation perhaps are coming again in your awareness.
When you are unpacking,
Unpacking,
Unpacking experiences,
Certainly from this life and perhaps from other lives as if you are spreading them out on a picnic blanket,
That there is information from your brainstem,
From your blood,
From your cells that is unpacking,
For you to look at.
And for a moment while this is unpacking,
Allowing yourself to feel and sense your core,
The light that is pure in your core,
As if the sun of your own soul and greater consciousness can burn more clearly through your spine,
Into your grounding.
Your whole and pure light that is you,
Helping to align and organize you so that this particulate matter,
These gas bubbles of old patterns and information can start to organize.
Some of the gas bubbles are simply escaping from your field because they are no longer relevant because you have cleared the underlying templates and patterns and need for healing that is allowing them to escape.
You can allow your boundary to get even bigger.
Some of this clutter,
Some of this mess that is in your field is important for you.
Some of this information that you are organizing now with your guides and you might invite your guides to come closer or allow them to just hold the space on the outside.
There might be an angel who comes closer to your heart,
Who is sitting on the blanket with you and helping you to look and organize and order these pieces.
And maybe that you want to do it on your own or that you want the guides to come closer and it could be different each time you do this.
Good breathing and feeling the weight of your body,
Having the sense of this pure internal light.
The pure essence and tones that are you.
A sense of your purpose.
Your learning objectives for this life.
With neutrality and objectivity,
Seeing the next piece or pieces.
Now some of the pieces that are about you will become conscious and that it is important for them to become conscious because of your purpose,
Because of your learning desires and goals for this life.
And so together with your guides you can illuminate.
You can bring these objects or aspects perhaps in front of your third eye to see,
To know.
And some of these objects or patterns are being bathed in the light of your soul in greater consciousness with harmony,
With grace.
As if being combed and softened so that when it is time for you to look at them,
Time for you to reintegrate them,
It will be a more graceful and harmonious and easeful experience for you.
I'm willing to learn my lessons in kind ways to myself and to others.
I'm willing to grow with joy.
So letting yourself exhale knowing that you have time to integrate what needs to be integrated,
To learn and become conscious of what needs to become conscious.
And that as your vibration comes into pure resonance as your greater consciousness and purpose that some of these things will simply dissolve because they were never yours to begin with.
Things that you took on from your family of origin or your society that are simply not yours.
You can just let those go.
You do not need to understand or capture them and make them yours.
In fact,
By releasing them,
You clear the way to address and digest the things that are yours.
I release anything that does not serve my highest good and I ask for it to release me.
Creating more space and getting even clearer about your own vibration,
Your own notes and tones,
Exhaling and opening the ribs,
Feeling that space that you create.
The golden sun above your head that is you filling you,
The roots,
The tree trunk,
The rivers and streams releasing that which is not you.
Clarifying your space,
Giving yourself permission to concentrate your energy in your core and to allow that pure concentrated tone of energy to purify your space.
Releasing anyone who is not,
Well anyone who is in your space.
This space is your sacred space.
Claim it,
Allow yourself to inhabit.
My body is mine.
My body is my divine right.
Using your own notes and tones to fill your body to the skin.
Good and being aware once again of these guides or angels that are with you.
Perhaps capturing with your awareness anything that will help you to be made more conscious.
As if the angel or you could grab something with your hands and cup it and infuse it with the light of your purpose.
This pure light that you are and perhaps it changes shape.
Perhaps it goes from a blob to a butterfly.

Allowing that expanded,
Grounded perspective to surround your awareness with this question of curiosity,

I release the judgment that I have had about this body.

I forgive myself for hurting others as I have collided into them,
As I have misunderstood why we were colliding,
As I have misunderstood why we are colliding or have misinterpreted events and cast out that fishing line to attach myself to them and have allowed others to cast their line out and attach themselves to me.
As I bring my awareness to the golden sun above my head,
To the guides and angels around me,
To my sense of my bones and my blood and my skin and my boundary,
To the sense of my flows of energy in connection with the earth's body,
My root chakra perhaps connected with freedom with her root chakra,
Releasing on the rivers and streams that feed me and nourish me from the earth's body,
That with the purity of my tone and vibration of my core,
That all of these little points of attachment can be healed from the inside,
Holes patched with golden light of my own purpose,
Liberating myself from the inside out,
Knowing that as I release these other souls in this way,
I call my energy back to myself and I release their energy back to them.

And I know that those that I am releasing are sovereign beings,
That they also have guides.
They also have a soul and greater consciousness.

And so I release them to that,
Knowing that as I liberate,

That I will attract those souls to connect and relate with harmony,

We will go through a period of reconfigured connection.

Can you find them any longer in your field?
Have they dissolved or transmuted?
